Heavenly Dental attempted to push unnecessary high priced procedures. Unprofessional, and rude. I do not trust this dentist Naffas.

I never had time to write a review. If im doing this its because i WANT PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY from this dentist such $$$$$ HUNGRY PEOPLE…
DENTIST is such a liar and that lil assistant patty of his must get a bonus
for everybody she tries to rip off. First of all idk why this is under «Sean Naffas»
when everything else is under «Shahriar Naffas» (HEAVENLY DENTAL)
Both times i was there they tried soo hard to get
$$$ from me and when i wouldnt budge dentist would show hes true colors.
which i thought was hilarious because he comes out as a pretty cool dentist.
well my son turned out to have some cavaties according to «patty» dentist does not
use the silver filling because its not «good» for kids ok understandable but i figure
ther his baby teeth ther eventually goin to fall off. Well after contacting my insurance
since the office dont do «silver filling» they need to do «white filling» at a silver rate per my insurance.
Since i would say this over and over finally dentist said «ooooooo we do silver filling» … say what??? now they do. i like how they were trying to make me pay $ 90 for each teeth… because my insurance would not cover it… UNBELIVEABLE… So that was one… Next i took my son and daughter for a regular cleaning. They did xray on my daughter and then turned her over to an assistant to do «cleaning» which i thought was strange. all he did was POLISH… with that blue gel… i was like whaaaattttt that doesnt seem right… and when it came to my son dentist said he needed a deep cleaning which has to be authorize by my insurance because he was ‘REALLLY BAD”… wellll of course my insurance denied it… Soooo there goes patty … «your insurance denied deep cleaning we can give u a discount if youll like to still do it» uhhhhh OF COURSE NOT… SOOO i turn to a friend dentist and asked as a favor to please look at my kids teeth. since my insurance wont cover her is the only reason i dont go to her… anyway she did look at my kids teeth … turns out my son did NOT need deep cleaning clearly the office wanted me to pay for services he did not need!!!. save money look for another dentist!

This dentist is like most other’s that try to exaggerate what you may need done to try to scare you into purchasing treatments that you dont need. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy and «Heavenly Dental» because there is nothing «Heavenly» about this place, especially when they hit you with all their ridiculous bill.

I visited Dr. Sean Naffas, DDS for the first time today and I found the whole experience to be very acceptable.
I mean let’s face it, going to the dentist is never going to be one of my favorite things to do. However, Dr. Naffas and his staff made me feel welcome and as comfortable as possible in an always uncomfortable situation.
The office is in a newer building in a rennovated portion of San Fernando. The only wierd thing is that every office is decorated with different Disney characters, they must get a lot of kids, although there were none the day I visited.
I was informed of every step along the way and they kept checking if I was OK and if I wanted to proceed. Everything was explained to me and Dr. Naffas took very good care of me.
