I would have given a full five stars due to the EXCELLENT dentists and hygienists on staff, except for one of the front desk staff, Carolyn (more on her in a bit).
**Pros:
Dr. George Perri is a phenomenal dentist, very professional, friendly and conservative on his approach to dental work; he’s not a salesman (which is fantastic), so he won’t sell you something you don’t need. Dr. George Perri knows his trade and is EXCELLENT at it. He has gentle hands and is fast and efficient at his trade, too.
Kim, Pam, & Jerome (dental hygienists) are also great. They are very detailed and good at what they do, from teeth cleaning, to x-​rays and «bed-​side» manner, if you will.
Hilda & Flor: receptionists/​billers/​appointment setters: wonderful, helpful, and approachable!
A very clean and modern office.
**Con:
Carolyn, the older, front desk biller/​office staff, or whatever her title is, is the lack of the 5^th star. (she claimed to be the office manager, SHE’s NOT).
–Unfortunately, FOUR stars are given instead of five. She is rude in a «condescending polite» voice. Carolyn comes across with the attitude of «I will help you, IF I like you…» I have asked (on multiple occasions) for predetermination estimates of work to be done on my daughters teeth, and instead sends me a copy of a pre-​determination from 2 years ago, with her highlighting changes (made by her, not from the insurance company) and crossing out info, with her added changes? UNPROFESSIONAL. She even had the audacity to leave a voicemail on my cell phone telling me that SHE FELT it was a waste of time to request it from the insurance company, and hence did not do it. I only found out because I had been waiting for it in the mail for over 3 weeks.
Every time I’ve spoken with her on the phone, Carolyn is persistently argumentative and makes it a point to be right.
Note: I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dentist, but I C-​R-​I-​N-​G-​E (fetal position) every time I have to speak/​interact with Carolyn.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Perri to anyone… but I would avoid Carolyn like the plague. The other front desk gals are professional, approachable, AND helpful! :)

It’s dental offices and Dentists like Dr. Parvizpour that motivate me to get back into the dental field and or get my teeth worked on. His experience and gentleness is outstanding and throw in a ton of humor and you got yourself dental heaven! It’s been 12 yrs since I’ve worked in a dental office and about 5 yrs since I got any work done. I may not go back to being a dental assistant but you can be assured I’ll be back for dental work! Absolutely amazing customer service and care. This is a great Dental office Perri, Bigley, Parvizpour DDS.

One of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. They worked with my budget and seem to really care about patients oral health and well being.
I also like him because he’s really funny!

This dentist office is the fifth practice I’ve been to in my life and hand down my favorite! After my last visit I can now say that I’ve seen all three Dentist. Dr. Parv, Dr. Bigley, and Dr. Perri are all great dentist. The hygienists here are all great as well. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and don’t expect to anytime soon… it appears that I’ve finally found my forever dentist. :)

The very best! Dr. Parvizpour is not only one of the best in the country but he’s also the most caring, pleasant and accommodating doctor in the industry. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and I strongly recommend him for all your dental needs especially in the latest of implants technology.

My son, grandson, and I used to go to Dr. Perri. I took good care of my teeth. At one checkup, Dr. Perri told me that whatever I was doing, keep doing it. I had a clean bill of heath. So, without asking, he decided to file down my teeth to make them more even. It was the worse thing he could have done. I could not talk with the gauze in my mouth, and I assumed he was doing something that needed to be done, and that he knew what he was doing. After all, he was the doctor. He was very ambitious in his filing and eventually the filer slipped behind my front tooth and filed off a slice of healthy enamel. I was numbed so I did not feel it, but I saw his reaction. It was like ‘Ooops’. He stopped immediately and said I was done. I went home and after the numbing wore off, I called often and complained about pain, but they always said to wait and it will go away. I kept calling after days, weeks and months, and they said it could take a few months for the sensitivity to go away. It never did. Once my teeth were all compromised by the aggressive filing down, many of them cracked and I became extremely sensitive to heat, cold, liquid, sweets and even air. I went from no problems at all, to disaster. I was afraid to go back to any dentist, so I waited as long as I could. I eventually went back, thinking they could address the issue, but they gave me another dentist (for the first time) and ignored anything I said about the filing or sensitivity. I now needed a lot of work and I was hyper sensitive to the cold water, air, and instruments. When I complained about pain, they acted like I was just a big baby. I am now even more terrified to go to any dentist. My great teeth are ruined. I don’t want to ruin them further with the wrong dentist. I have a straight line across the back of my front tooth where the filer took out a slice of enamel, and it hurts every day. It makes me want to cry. I also noticed it changed my bite and I no longer had sharp teeth, they were all dulled and smoothed out by the filer, so I can’t chew or tear food in the same way. It’s horrible. I had to change my entire diet. I only hope he learns from this not to file down perfectly healthy teeth. I never asked him to do that. It changed my life, and not in a good way. I will never get the enamel back.

Dr. Perri is so gentle, and does amazing work, I drive all the way from South Orange County for his exceptional service. He fixed some shot out fillings I had from the cheapest game in town several years ago. He was completely honest about the work that actually needed to be done after I received a scary quote from another dentist trying to nickle and dime me with unnecessary procedures. His professional staff never keeps me waiting, and are super friendly/​accomodating. Also, his prices were more than fair… thank you Dr. Perri, for curing my (physical and financial) fear of visiting the dentist, you rock!

Dr. Parvizpour is great, and so are Dr’s. Perri and Bigley. I have had extensive work done and they are terrific. Additionally Jerome who performs cleanings is also highly recommended. If you want the best this is the place to go for dental treatment.

How have I not written a review on my dentist?! Dr. Parvizpour is hilarious! He’s young and funny and pretty easy on the eyes. ;)
I go two to four times a year for my cleanings and he likes to tell me that I need to start eating more candy, less brushing and NO flossing because he has some car payments to make and I’m not helping him out. :) You can tell that he has a great rapport with the staff and they just remodeled the office to update and modernize things this past year. The office staff has really been pleasant even when there was an issue with my husband appearing as my dependent and they had to explain to my dental insurance that he was my husband and not my son! *LOL*
Now, I’m of the minority that LOVE to go to the dentist. I’m going again on June 20 and I can’t wait. I know, I know. I’m weird in that I look forward to going to the dentist. I’ve always been that way. But I’m lucky in that all of my interactions with dentists have been pleasant.
Dr. Parvizpour’s manner and demeanor make him mesh well with everyone, from the youngins to those that barely need to see him anymore. ;)
The other thing I love about this office is that they aren’t pressuring you into buying all kinds of extra crap you don’t need, ie. $ 500 teeth whitening or a $ 300 toothbrush. They have it if you want it, but that’s up to you.
