I went in here for an eyebrow wax yesterday and NEVER AGAIN! The lady waxed my eyebrows and used something right after to wipe them down but whatever she used, BURNED BAD! Im guessing it was alcohol. Im already sensitve as it is & can deal with my brows being red after but this lady didnt even clean my brows up after. Left wax on me & didnt put cream on after either like other places do. She seemed like she was in a hurry too. So now Im left with marks on my eyelids as if I got scratched by a cat. This was my first & last time here.

The worst nail shop ever, I visit there shop several occasions hoping to get someone good but always came across unprofessional people, one time experience a man that did my nails his hands smelled really bad like cigarettes and he held my hand through the whole entire time it was very unpleasant not only that but he was very rough and very rude through the whole experience, another time I got treated by a lady and she was also rude she did not have my color insisted on putting another different color I did not want not only that but she also did a very crappy job on my nails, I will never go back to the nail shop again!

Okay. I had to come back since I had a baby and Oasis nails takes to F-​long and now they have new people.
Came back here and I am happy.

Tonight I was very pleased with the way my nails turned out. Usually I am very picky with length and making sure all my nails are very even. Tonight I didn’t have to worry about that Cindy was very sweet and definitely a perfectionist. I can’t wait to go back and see her in a couple of weeks.

I went here last night to get a new full set the lady with her telephone was a bitch! Very mean telling me I don’t need a full set done they ended up giving me a shitty dry manicure! While my fiancée was getting the better treatment on the spa pedicure this place is bullshit I could report them for discrimination on my nails and go to court for it !! If you can’t do my nails then those assholes shouldn’t be working there they had to call another nail technician and she got lost seriously poor customer service never again !!!

By far the worst nail service ever I came in 9÷25÷15 @8pm to get a full set with picture & pedicure, pedicure was great but my nails looked like shit I wanted coffin nails didn’t get that what’s so ever I got crooked skinny nails & on top of that the lady that did not nail cut me multiple times without acknowledging blood coming out continued to file away, I wanted my ring finger to be a different color did not happen very disappointed & I want my complete refund for $ 32 for a fucked up nail job & if not they will catch a lawsuit from!!! HORRIBLE STAY AWAY

The lady who was taking off my gels was getting mad because I didn’t want anything else but for her to take my gels off. I asked for her to file them square and she didnt. She didn’t finish taking the color off.
NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

I went in today for a full set and spa pedi and left so disappointedI had to constantly tell the guy who was doing my full set that I just wanted them a clean square shape not only did he not shape them who so ever he was also very pushy about the color I wanted I choose a light pink and he said it would look ugly on me because of my skin color RUDE I’ve just came back from vacation so I am a lil tan but I think that’s my business what nail color I choose since it is gel it’s going to be there for at least a week Anyhow I ended up paying and leaving before they could even paint my toes I went to a place down the street and they gladly fixed my nails worst experience ever!!!

Beware. ROACHES. Not once but twice! The first time I thought I was crazy so I still came back and caught it again. I’m really bummed because this place is right around the corner from my house.

I gave this place 4 stars once but not anymore! Yes I got in semi fast but I came in for an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. I’m usually a pretty patient person but it took 20 minutes before the lady came in to do my eyebrows and then when I sat in the chair for my pedicure it took them 15 minutes before anyone came over to me!
They do ok work but not good enough to spend a whole day.
In total, I believe it took them 2 hours! Just for pedicure and eyebrow wax! Unless you have the whole day free, don’t bother.

I tried this place ONE more time, simply because it’s within walking distance. The price of my full set + gel kept changing, and at the end she basically charged me $ 7 extra dollars for «shaping the nails»…isn’t shaping the freaking nail a BASIC part of getting any work done on them? Every time I’ve been there I’ve felt like they’ve tried to cheat me because it’s apparent that I’m not familiar with the process. That was the last time for me.

I always have a great experience at Euphoria! All of the staff are equally great at doing nails. I get my eyebrows waxed here often as well and they always do a great job. They have multiple individuals who do waxing. I haven’t had issues with anyone here! I have sensitive skin and I always let them know and they cool down the wax a little bit more than usual and it makes for a much more tolerable (and less red!) experience for me. I love getting gel manicures and spa pedicures here. They have a good selection of colors of both regular and gel paints. They heat their lotion and have paraffin wax as an add on, which I highly recommend! It makes your skin so soft!

I loved this place when Anna owned it years ago. I stayed when she sold it because Kelly stayed on. I went today to discover the place sold yet again to a man this time. When I asked for Kelly he lied and said it was her day off, now I find out most of the girls left! This place. Was convenient for me because it was close to the supermarket I go to but I am definitely never going back! The reasons are they raised the prices to $ 65 for a spa mani/​pedi and it was mediocre at best. They say you get a 10 min massage more like 5 minutes before I would go get my pedicure and the massage used to totally relax me today I left even more stressed! I couldn’t believe it $ 65!!! and all their polish is cheap now. They lost me as a customer.

I have been coming here on and off for about 6 years. It’s always been hit or miss. Twice in the last 6 months I’ve had issues. The first time the lady, Kelly, must have asked me 10 times what package I wanted after I told her 10 times that I didn’t want a package. All I wanted was a simple $ 8 dollar manicure. She kept offering gel and paragon and blah blah blah and I finally snapped and told her that if she didn’t want to do the manicure to have someone else do it. Well then she started talking in her own language and then I got even more pisses off and I told her that wad super rude. Needless to say I don’t use her anymore. In fact when I walk in I tell them I don’t want Kelly. Today when I went in there there was a new girl. Didn’t catch her name. She moved back here from Tennessee. Anyway she has never done my pedicure before so I was telling her how I liked it and she kept sighing as if I was pissing her off or something. I asked her if she was ok and that I was just telling her how I liked my pedicure and she just said she was fine. So fine that she slammed her box of files on her cart. Um… I asked does for someone else to finish. Unacceptable. I do like this place but again. it’s a hit or miss on the girls… I’m keeping a list of who not to use and now she’s on it. I have had a couple more bad experiences here like once they burned me with the callous remover… I guess I need to find a new salon. any suggestions?

The worst pedicure ive ever gotten. She cut me, burned me with the hot lotion and how many times do i have to say regular pedicure only? I came her to save time since i was in the shopping center already. Next time i will save my feet buy going elsewhere

Besides being pretty inexpensive, this place doesn’t have much else going for them. They were rude and did a sloppy job. My manicurist cut my cuticle too much and made my finger bleed, which I understand happens sometimes, but she didn’t even apologize for it or acknowledge it. Also, it wasn’t busy when I went, meaning there was no one waiting, but I still felt rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

My friend and I have been going there for years. She happens to have nice car and nice jewelry. I never wear jewelry when going to hair nail salon. they massaged her neck and when she wasn’t looking THEY STOLE HER SILVER. It’s real silver jewelry. She yelled and demanded it be given back as they saw her take it off and place in her purse. then when they took her to back of store her silver MAGICALLY appeared in her car! WTF (She went into her car thinking maybe some had fallen off in there and went back into salon). They lost a good customer and figured they could get a big tip. Here’s our big tip

I come here regularly for gel manicures and the occasional eyebrow wax. I can honestly say that whatever they do, I have never had any issues with breaking, cracking, chipping, etc. I use my hands a lot as I work with kids, so I also wash my hands A LOT. The gel manicures are definitely the best choice for me. Enough of the ladies there know exactly who I am by sight, and they also seem to remember
how I prefer my nails to be cut, shaped, etc. If I happen to go elsewhere for a pedicure or something with a friend, I will not let other places do my manis, even if I’m due for one.
It’s not enough to warrant the shed of one star in my book, but sometimes they can seem a little pushy with upselling, especially if I were to get a pedicure. Luckily before I go in, I know exactly what I want, and what I’ll pay for. And I have a pretty easy time at saying «no» when I don’t want to go with anything other than what I intended for.
