We used Lascari’s catering for our seminar for many dentist’s in our area. The food was terrific, the servers were great. Can wait to use them again for all our catering needs. Thanks Nicole you did a great job!

Our first time coming in. Great clean and open atmosphere, great ambiance. Ordered the Turkey ABC and my bf had the steak sandwich. Both were delicious fresh and savory to the last bite. The small was very filling. If you are super hungry order the large for a couple bucks more. Great prices for the food well spent. Next time I’m ordering the steak sandwich. And I may swing by for their Italian ice. They’ve got a full array of ice cream to choose from.

I have been in Whittier all my life (40 years and I’m 54 now) I can count with both hands the times I have been here need to change that now, service and good are Awesome! It is one of Whittier’s Jewel that’s for sure

I’ve been coming to Lascari’s since the 1980’s. The sandwiches are still some of the best. They rival Eastside Market in Chinatown, and good olé Pete’s Deli in Monterey Park.
Generally the staff and employees are not the friendliest but today a curveball was thrown. The cashier was very pleasant. Of course we come for the food.
Today I devoured the French dip sandwich and my daughter enjoyed a very fresh Turkey sandwich. Will be back like always!!!

Lascari’s has been my favorite for years. When I visit my folks and my dad wants to be extra sweet we will order from here. The Turkey ABC is my only choice. It’s so good I don’t order anything else!

I just read a review about how rude the restaurant driver was; I hope they’ll hire someone who knows the word RESPECT.
I have no plans of trying out the food here with what I’ve read. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

I absolutely LOVED this place!!! They offer sandwiches, soups, salads and so many Italian entrees! I personally am not a big fan of Italian food but the salads & pizza here is amazing. Now I have a sweet tooth for sure and this place has so many Italian pastries and homemade gelato ice cream!!! They sell bread and they have a deli meat area with all the cheeses and meats you could want.
I am so happy I live close enough to this place to frequent it more often.

This is the go to place! When in doubt, Lascaris never fails to satisfy. My husband and I usually order the minestrone (best soup ever!), chicken sizzle salad with grilled chicken, and the regular sub sandwich. We have also had the baked ziti, Mac and cheese, pizza, tiramisu dessert (the best!), olives, and ambrosia salad.
Needless to say the food is excellent, fresh, and delicious. Service is usually friendly. There may be a few staff who on busy days are just not into it, but the quality of food makes up for it.
They’ll be busy during regular lunch ours but you can always call in ahead of time and they’ll have your order ready when you arrive. Treat yourself to some gelato as well, if that’s what you like.
Haven’t tried it yet, but hopefully soon.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. It always smells amazing when you walk inside!
I usually get the chicken Parmesan sandwich, so delicious. The mozzarella cheese and juicy tomatoes are really what make the sandwich. The bread is really tasty too.
They always give out very large portions, which always include salad, bread, & macaroni.
I’ve also had their pizza, chicken picatta, antipasto salad, & calzones! All good! You really can’t go wrong here.
They also deliver, which is a huge plus! Will definitely be returning soon!

A Tale of Two Lascari’s —
«It was the best of sandwiches, it was the worst when the sandwich was devoured, it was the beginning of lunch, it was the end of hunger, it was a place for the season of spring, it was a place for all seasons. ..
This is the Lascari’s Deli Annex. Many of the same delicious menu items as Lascari’s restaurant and sandwiches too! In a deli setting close to work so I can hit it for lunch!

Really frustrating when you’ve ordered with this location more than 30 times in the past two years that all of a sudden they can’t deliver to my home because there super busy and all of a sudden I’m out of their area???
I sure wish they told me this prior to me catering multiple times with them. I guess I’m not the type of customer they need!

Lascari’s Deli is one of my mid-​week dinner go-​to places when I have dinner with my sister. We like the casual atmosphere, that it’s close to our respective homes, and that we always have leftovers for lunch the following day.
We usually get a anti-​pasta salad and a large Belly Buster Pizza. We love this pizza: pepperoni, sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and black olive. It’s by far my most absolute favorite pizza of anywhere.
My only complaint about Lascari’s is there is often a ringing — sounds like an old telephone — that goes on and on and on. Sometimes it’s a bit annoying.
I’ve eaten in — there’s a really nice casual dining area — and ordered for take away. Most orders usually take about 20 minutes or so.
The staff are all very nice and accommodating.

I personally had never her of lascardis before, and my brother from «hers and his body works» in whittier, suggested that we try it. We order sandwiches for about 60 to 70 people, to my amazement they were fresh and delicious the pasta salad was out of control, everyone that ate loved them, Hats of to lascardis.
I Will defently use them again, can’t wait to dine in… thank you

We booked a catering for my wedding reception 10 days in advance and they let us down. They never showed up and didn’t find out they weren’t coming until 30 –40 mins after they were supposed to be there. Somehow our reservation «slipped thru the cracks.» We had to scramble lasts minute on our wedding reception to find a caterer that would accommodate us with so much food last minute. Thankfully Buca di Beppo came thru for us. I would recommend staying away since obviously a order totaling over $ 350 meant nothing to them. This time I added a photo showing my order because they claim it was for the wrong location… yeah not going to work when I have proof… it was for the Whittier location on lambert. They keep trying to flag my review saying it’s the wrong location but it’s not!!! This is the only one on lambert in Whittier!!!

We decided to give this place a try… this little place is packing a huge punch. It was really really good. I had the egg Salad sandwich. It hits the spot on a warm day. Great job guys ! You have gained two customers.

This review is only for the Italian Rainbow Cookies that I bought to celebrate New Years.
I bought a ½ lb of cookies. I’ve lived in NYC and have been to many Italian Bakeries and though they actually have a bit more selection (like my most favorite pinole (pinenut cookies) I have to say that Lascari’s rainbow cookie was probably the best I’ve had. The cookie was moist and enrobed in dark chocolate. What’s not to love? Really very tasty.
An Italian Rainbow Cookie is less of a cookie and more like very very thin layers of multi-​colored cake with a bit of apricot jam in between.
Like i said, Lascari’s rainbow cookie was the best version I’ve had. You should definitely try it. Plus it’s a pretty cookie. Everyone loves a pretty cookie. The bonus is that it tastes pretty darn good, too.
