I found Joseph on Craigslist and bought a fridge from him. I was nervous about buying off of Craigslist but he promised me that he had technicians making sure everything worked and not selling good products would go against his good name. He gave me a 60 day warranty and I phoned him within 60 days telling him the freezer was no longer working. He said the best he could do was have someone come pick it up and charge me $ 200 for it. When I kept pressing the point that I had called him within 60 days, he hung up on me. He doesn’t answer the phone or return texts, it’s really hard to get in touch with him when there’s a problem. Seriously Joseph, all you have to do is stand behind your name and what you sell.

If you want to buy a fridge and you go to Craigs list, you will find Mr. Joseph. Joseph will offer 30days warranty in all his sells. I bought a fridge from him. That fridge did not cool off and by the third day, he came back with another fridge. Joseph, from Joseph Appliances, told me to wait for a day or two — by then, I knew this second fridge was broken too. I called him and he got upset saying it was my bad luck. He also offered to come back and fix the second fridge. That was the last thing I heard from him. Until now, a week later, he does not pick up my phone calls, no answers to my texts, and me with no fridge. Please be aware of this person — bad business owner. I will keep trying to get him do what is right. I paid what he asked for a working fridge, I expect to have one. Thank you.
