My Journey with Grind Time started about 4 months ago. I was looking for a gym that would push me and motivate me to continue working out. The first day I attended class was on «Sweat Saturday» by far one of the BEST work outs I’ve had since high school. I loved the environment of the gym and the motivation of the coaches. That Saturday everyone at grind time became my family! 4months later here I am pushing myself harder than ever!!! With the help of coach Steph, Jake, Isaiah, and Oso I’ve learned not to use the word «CANT»:) I want to thank them for helping me with my transformation and for always helping me with my work outs. So if you’re looking for a gym that makes you feel at home and pushes you to be the best, GRIND TIME FACILITIES is the gym for you!!! #GTFBRANDED #GTA

Probably the best training facility I’ve ever been to. They have the best top notch trainers in town. They go above and beyond to get you the results you want. I love what Jake and Isaiah do for my sons. It’s been obvious progress! Because of GTF my kids are only improving and getting better as they grow.
Stephanie is a kick ass adult trainer and I love working out with her. I can’t speak highly enough about her and what she’s done for me.
What I love the most about GTF is that from the moment you walk through those doors you become family. You’re not just a client, you’re family!
I highly recommend you try this place for yourself and your kids!

This facility is the best work out ever I’ve never felt so good and full of energy. .the coaches have motivated my kids and have excelled in their sports so much. I highly recommend this place for your kids sports or just to work out !!!
