I am a real estate investor by trade. Over the course of the years, I have dealt with many real estate agents and brokers alike, having diffident skill sets, levels of professionalism and experience. The common thread that binds these individuals, is the fact that they all «claim» to be the most knowledgeable, have the most experience, highest levels of professionalism and skill set. In many instances this simply is not true. Where Dee is concerned, this is absolutely true
In my experience as a real estate investor; purchasing homes and flipping them for a living, I have had a need to work with highly qualified real estate agents and brokers. Throughout my career I have been exposed to all of the games real estate agents and brokers play to attract clients. None of these games work well with me.
I have been working with Dee for nearly 7 years now. My first dealing with her happen by chance. I was previewing a property in the high desert, Dee was their working with her clients, who had interest in the same property.
What attracted me to Dee then, was how engaged in conversation she was with her clients. Dee was actually paying attention to what her client had to say. I got the impression that she was actually concerned about her clients needs. I also got teh impression she understood what they wanted to accomplish.
Dee made it a point to engage me in conversation that day, even though she was not my real estate broker at the time. She engaged me in conversation, in a professional manner, without encroaching on the fact that I was being represented by an agent from a different firm. Whats a true professional.
Dee made an impression on me, so much so, I kept her business card.
Over the course of the last 7 years, I have purchased several properties as an investor utilizing Dee and her brokerage. Dee has always represented me as a buyer and a seller.
I decided to use Dee and her firm because she turned out to be the «Real Deal». Her resume is of the highest pedigree. When I interviewed her, she clearly stated her qualifications, experience, knowledge and desire to assist me with all of my acquisitions. To speak frankly, I committed to trying her on one deal. That one deal has spawned into many, many transactions. Dee has proven to be a vital member of my team, thru actions and results,
Rather than treating me like a client, Dee has always treated me like family. We have become friends and she always gets results.

Okay, so we were referred to Dee from our lender, and truly, we could not be more pleased. She had quite the task with our family. We were moving from Colorado to the Inland Empire and wanted to purchase a house in time for our arrival. We had a fixed budget, no knowledge of the area, a short timeline of about 3 months with no flexibility, and no intention of coming out to look at properties first hand. She did wonderful putting up with us at a long distance having her drive around neighborhoods taking videos, creating slideshows of numerous houses, talking us through all the details of each property. We offered on one, but were out bid, and continued on our search… Then running out of time, we had two properties for which we just couldn’t decide. We asked Dee which one she would buy, and took her guidance. She helped us through the closing process by meeting inspectors, arranging for potential contractors, etc. and filling us in on every step. We closed remotely from Denver on a Friday, got in the moving trucks on Sunday, and arrived on the Tuesday at our new house. Dee had even arranged for a cleaning crew to come in before our arrival. Seeing the house for the first time in person, we were thrilled. She helped us get a great house, in a wonderful neighborhood, with fantastic schools for the kids, in our budget, on our required timeline, and doing all the in person stuff on our behalf. Now 18 months later, we love it here and are so grateful to Dee and her staff for all their help. Thank you Dee!

Throughout this home selling process, she also managed to sell our house for an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. She knows our area like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes her attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
We found Mrs. Barba to be a highly attentive broker, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Mrs. Barba was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our contract to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm.
