CWP Heating & Air Conditioning Service

I highly recommend CWP for your heating and air conditioning! They were on point– great customer service, fast and got the job done! Our heater went out and I decided to call CWP because they were recommended by some friends of ours. I’m glad I did because they knew right away what the issue was and how to fix it. Our family is thankful for their services.

I called C.W.P. to repair our central heating system. Their technician, Philip, arrived promptly and was able to fix the problem. He gave us an education on using the right filters for our unit and did a carbon monoxide test for safety. This is the second time we have used this company, and we are very pleased with their professional & polite service. I highly recommend them.

Very soon after moving to a new place our air conditioner went out. The heat made for some uncomfortable nights. Called C.W.P to make an appointment. Their guy (Franklin Cruz) showed up on time. Franklin was able to identify, and fix, the issue (clogged filter) and took the time to walk me through some of the important details about my A/​C unit. Very professional service and I would recommend to anyone having issues with their A/​C or heater.

The guys showed up on time and were very friendly. They gave suggestions on repairs and have reasonable rates. We will definitely use them again.

During this very hot weather my mom’s ac stopped. Phillip and Frank arrived within the hour and solved her problem. Phillip patiently explained the problem and what to expect with the out of date equipment. He reviewed options with us and recommended the solution that was best for mom. Thank you for your patience, clarity and ethical behavior.

Phillip and his technicians assured me that I would be happy with the A/​C and Furnace they installed for my home and I was glad I went with their company. The technicians were friendy, knowledgeable, and made sure they heard and attended to my needs. I could feel and see the difference in worksmanship compared to the previous system I had. There have not been any problems with my system ever since. I highly recommend CWP to anybody who wants quality service from an honest company who really values customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. I’ve never had as much assurance and confidence in an investment as much this one.

Leo from CWP heating did a wonderful and thorough job in getting our air back up and running. We needed someone in a rush and he came no matter the time. For all our heating and air needs we will be calling CWP.

I had waited months, through the brutal heat of summer, before I was finally able to afford to have my Mini-​split A/​C installed in my production room, & the old adage is still true; You get what you pay for with CWP!
For an artist on a tight budget, they were a little pricey, but I would soon find out; worth every penny, & they probably ended up saving me money in the long run.
They came and did the install after a full technical evaluation, even popping the hood and testing the compressor. The installation was finished in a timely manner and well organized. Leo’s team worked well together, and were good guys all around, & though they were welcome, I was smiling from ear to ear from the ice chilled breeze that was now blowing on my face after they left. I thought my experience was over.
However a couple of days later, I came home and noticed a pool of oil underneath the compressor unit. There was a problem, and the next work day, Leo was there to find out what had gone wrong. It turned out to have been a manufacturing mistake that took a few days of operation to reveal itself. The guys loaded it on to their truck took it into their shop, and the next day it was back home, and working perfectly ever since.
While the initial cost was a bit high for me, their professionalism at finding and diagnosing the manufacturing flaw, was second only to their skill in fixing it. Because I had already paid for a full install, Phillip (the owner I believe) was very gentle on the return visit and repair, and even worked with me at paying the new balance.
Being a fairly skilled carpenter and mason, I will often tackle an electrical or plumbing problem myself with great success.
However, a mini-​split is a very intricate machine, and it takes a proper hvac professional. Out of those, there are only a handful that are as professional, friendly, and accommodating as the CWP crew.
You will feel like you’ve made new friends when they have gone. I could not recommend them highly enough.

CWP was a fabulous company to work with. I called, needing a new heater and air conditioning unit. Phillip answered the phone, gave me a quote and answered all of my questions with no pressure put on me for a sale. I got quote from others also, but none gave me the information that Phillip did. I called Phillip again on a Saturday to ask him to come out and give me a firm quote. He and Frank not only came out on a SUNDAY, but they were polite, thorough and professional. I was so impressed I told them «Let’s do it». That was Sunday, and by Wednesday my new heater and air conditioning units were in place. And might I add, they work great! I highly recommend CWP without hesitation. I can’t wait until some friends need help with their air or heat so I can turn them onto this company. Thanks guys for a job well done!
