They are always out of everything. When we ask when certain items will be replenish we get the standard«I don’t know the manager does the ordering» answer. Last time we went they had TWO candy apples, just two. Insult to injury then the worker wiped her nose on her sleeve and proceeded to handle my candy, she looked sick. It’s fine to be sick, we all get sick but please don’t touch my candy with your germ hands! The employee at the front is always more interested in her phone than her customers! Every single time we go in or walk by she is on the freaking phone. Don’t take your kids in this store if you are concerned with your kids hearing her potty mouthed conversations to her friends. And not to mention she is kinda rude. She needs to get off her phone and clean their dirty dusty store. My husband almost kicked a spider chilling between the front window and first bins on the left when you walk in. I would bet money that, that hommie would still be there if we went back today and our visit was a week ago.

I just don’t like this place. Maybe because they don’t make the candy apples. slow staff, not friendly, and just looks old and dusty.

Was going to a movie & stopped by this candy store. Was very impressed with the look of the store & purchased 2 candy apples & was very happy with them. Would suggest that you stop by to try one.

It’s not the best candy store but the prices are decent and the selection is good enough. I just have a problem with the yucky workers. The girl working that day was smoking right outside the open door to the store with some guys, so of course it smelled like cigarettes inside. And of course they just threw their still lit cigarette butts on the floor in front of the store. This may seem trivial, but to me customer service and staff conduct mean a lot.

So, I was at KCON2014 for a concert, walking to my seat and saw this awesome display of candy apples. every one of them looked good, but we bought the Chili powder Lucas Apple and it was gooood. A bit pricey for $ 8 each, but Whattya gonna do if your at a concert, everything is a bit over priced. the apple tasted fresh, and was a good snack. If I am in the area, I will definately stop by thier store in Whittier to try one of thier other flavored candy apples

1STAR if that, this place is absolutely terrible, the owner is rude and the staff is just unhelpful. The store is located in a beautiful part of Uptown Whittier but the store is so disgustingly filthy I would never recommend anybody to set foot in there. When looking for a candy apple one looks for a crisp Granny Smith apple, not here. The apples are mushy and the chocolate that it’s coated in tastes as if it has been heated up over a hundred times(obviously an exaggeration). Overall I would not and will not recommend that anybody comes here. This place may be cheap but all I can say is you get what you pay for, Crap.

I have ordered many candy apples from this store and they have the best apples ever. They were very friendly and have great customer service. They made Owl candy apples for my best friends babies first bday party. They were super cute and fully edible. I would recommend this store highly!

I like stopping by here to get candy before I go see a movie at the theater next door. They have a decent selection of candy but on two occasions, they’ve been sold out of certain candies I like. Judging from other empty bins in the place, it looks like they frequently run out of certain candy types. Other than that, they have pretty decent prices and it’s really nice to have a cheap alternative to the expensive movie theater candy at the nearby movie theater.

This place sets up their booth Friday nights at the Monrovia Farmers Market. I’ve been searching far and wide for red caramel candy apples covered with chopped peanuts. Their caramel is soft and sweet, and their apples are sweet. Best candy apples ever!

I had the most amazing Chamoy/Tamarind/Caramel apple from Candylicious. Fernando was so helpful in helping decide which one I should order. His set up @ Farmers Market City Hall and customer service was over the top professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for some. Just thinking about that apple’s sweet and sour taste makes my mouth water! So delicious.
