Do not hire Joe Overman and Midstate Quality home Improvements, I hired him in April 2013 and This man screwed up my home. He is advertised as Licensed and Insured but they are not. He screwed up my bathroom tiles and pan he tried to refinish the hardwoods but i had to hire another company to do it after he stained over unsanded wood. He is not a licensed Contractor so he is not allowed to subcontract the work out. My house was declared unsafe to live in by the city because he subcontracted an unlicensed electrician to piece together the electrical throughout the house. Please beware of Joe Overman and Midstate.
