Love love love this nail salon. I usually get my nails done by sunny or Eugene depends which day of the week. Both nail technicians are great! But my biggest compliment is that the nail art they do is absolutely wonderful. They take their time to do a fine job. People complain about their price. But what they don’t understand is the time they take to do your nails and the outcome is stunning. If your into nail art this place is definitely the place to go.

Don’t let size fool you, it’s a little nail salon but are doing big things! Detail to design is what they are all about! I don’t think there is anything you can’t show them that they can’t duplicate.

I spoke with Sunmi from Sweety Nails because she is a distributor of nail products from South Korea. She was friendly and replied quickly to my e-​mail. The price of her products are reasonable and she shipped my package promptly. Shipping was slower than expected for the price, but I’m assuming that is the mail delivery service’s fault and not Sunmi’s. I will likely buy more product from her in the future.

I was looking for Nailsalon and I saw this place on Unilocal.It took about 7x to reach them but I finally got a appointment for uv gel manicure and gel pedi.
The girl that worked on my nail was nice and she did a good job.
Over all the salon seem to be small, clean, and good service.
I have to say they are bit over the price (everything adds up) and it is good to pay with cash (no tax).
They told me my nail should last 3 – 4 weeks.
We shall see about that.
Over all, I will recommend this place and I would go back again.
I think this might me my new salon.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I’ve tried various other nail salons to find the best but I will always come back to Sweety’s. You will not regret going here.

3^rd visit & I am extremely pleased!!! My new nail salon for sure. Very friendly staff. The nail artist exampled everything to me due i was getting something total different than i had before. From there she let me decide on what i wanted. They never really seem to talk to customers, but they actually remember the previous job they did on customer. Really surprised me, I didn’t think they noticed since this is only my 3^rd visit. My second visit I got pedicure and it was very much to my liking.

I came here yesterday with my sister for the first time. The place is cute but needs a lot of work. I got the callus remover done and the lady went way too hard and she scratched not one but both the bottom of my heels that they were both bleeding and didn’t even tell me. Will not be coming back here

Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending my Sunday with the girls at Sweety Nails. Wow, what a great nail salon-​you need to come check it out.
I started with a pedicure, the technician offered me an upgrade for callus removal and a lemon mask for my calves. I went for it and me and my feet were happy-​especially when she melted paraffin wax around my heels. She shaped my toes and polished them to perfection. Also-​can I just say the pedicure thrones were adorable! No plastic bulky jet tubs here (yay for no bacteria, ew)-instead the salon has a cute stone bench set up with tons of comfy pillows ahHh!
The main event was my acrylic refill with gel polish on top & of course NAIL ART. I saw the salons Instagram page and can just for the designs, everything else just iced the cake! The salon doesn’t do acrylic so I had to do UV gel instead of acrylic-​more expensive but it is better quality in the end. No request was too much when it came to the art. A team of girls alternated for 3 hours of my manicure. Although it was a chunk of my day I was so happy to feel pampered and welcomed-​the girls were so passionate about it, we had fun!

When they first opened I went more regularly because I liked that they were clean. Last few times I went and made an appointment I had to wait forever even with my appointment and then I’d be in there for two hours for a mani ands pedi. Which in my book is way too long. I don’t like to be rushed but I don’t like to be sitting for that long either. I tried their gel manicures a few times and it seemed like the color they were using was so cheap, the polish looked so streaky and uneven and my nails looks deformed.

I LOVE this salon! I started coming to get my nails done here about a month ago and now they are the only salon I’ll go to.
The salon itself is a smaller space that is modern and immaculatly clean. I’ve gone to different girls each time I’ve been here and they all do an amazing job. A new set of tools is opened for each manicure, and they super precise and sanitary. The girls here take their time on your nails and I’ve never felt rushed at all, which is a problem I’ve had in many other salons.
Best gel manicures I’ve ever had, and they do amazing nail art! They are extremely talented and hardworking, and the prices are more than fair. They have definitely become my go to salon :)

ZERO STARS!!!
After doing my research; I was pretty excited to try this place out. I called once they opened and set up an appointment for today.
When I walked, in an older lady with glasses and wavy short hair greeted me and sat me down. She was really nice and even made small talk with me which was nice.
Unfortunately, that’s all that was nice about my experience. She filed my nails and started to paint my nails almost immediately. I grew skeptical with the first coat of polish, but I told myself to relax and wait until she was done with one hand.
IT WAS SO BAD!!! My cuticles were visible. The polish also covered the cuticles. I told her I did not like them and to please take the polish off.
She became upset. I turned to the manager and told her I was unhappy and that I would pay for the cleaning. She replied she was not going to charge me, thank God!
The manicurist was clearly upset because she very angrily removed the polish off my nails and clearly had an attitude.
I wasted my time, gas, and parking money for nothing. So dissapointing!

Lovely nail salon. The establishment is small but very nice and clean. The pedicure is to die for! The prices are reasonable. It’s 25 for a gel manicure and 20 for a regular pedicure. After your manicure is done they treat you to an amazing back and neck rub. I literally wanted to fall asleep! You can use you credit card here but they prefer the tips to be in cash. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to this nail salon several times and they deserve the best review! First, I feel so comfortable in their zen and cozy salon. it may be small but it’s lovely. All the staff are so kind and treat you with the best service. I always get gel manicures and the price ranges from $ 25-​$ 35. The lady who’s doing my nails always cleans the countertop before we start and open a sealed packet of nail tools. Everything they do is cleaned and sanitized prior and after. At the end of my manicure they always massage your hands with lotion, out cuticle oil, wrap your hands in this wax thing and give you a quick back massage. I never walk out without feeling like a million bucks. And on top of everything, they gave their customers Christmas gifts! I loved it! It was a olive oil lotion that smelled amazing. love Sweety nails!

Very nice staff. Were extremely accommodating and did a wonderful job with my manicure. I recommend making an appointment before hand.

Sweety Nails seems very clean. The tools are sterilized and apparently the pedicure stations dont have whirlpools because it leaves behind germs. They also use a machine to suck in dust particles when they file your nails so you’re not sitting there breathing in harmful particles.
Everyone at Sweety Nails is so talented and the staff is meticulous with their work. They are always practicing designs or making new designs when I’m there so for all you nailart fanatics out there, Sweety Nails is the place for you!
My natural nails are too short for gel mani/​designs so Ive been getting tips. I’m always hesitant to get tips at nail salons because I always end up coming out with V shaped nails but not when I go to Sweety Nails. They do it just the way I like it!
I’ve gotten my nails done by Sue and Eugene/​Yoojin (?) And theyre both really great. I already made an appt to go back before Xmas– can’t wait :)

Why did it take me so long to find Sweety Nails and why oh why did I have to move away from NY so shortly thereafter? I’ve been here 4x in the past 3 months and can’t wait to go back. Got 2 pedis and 3 gel manis (1 regular and 2 with nail art). The art is amazing! They can do some really elaborate designs (as you can see from all the photos) and they are so very meticulous. These manis really last and I love the super gentle little sander they use for your cuticles instead of clipping away with a pair of scissors. I can’t stop looking at my nails and I’ll definitely be back when I’m next in NY.

This is my second visit and I can say that I love this place so far. I will break down my review into categories:
Service: Job very well done. My gel polish lasted two weeks without chipping at all – even the little studs stayed on! The Deep Clean Pedi is fantastic. My feet have never felt so soft.
Cleanliness: Very clean environment. Sanitary tools. I observed the technicians clean the foot spas after every use. The floor is clean and so is the bathroom.
Technicians/​staff: Very polite, patient, and gracious. I have been places that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. When I didn’t like how the color I chose looked on me my polish was simply switched without any negative attitude. They are very nice and allow one to sit back and quietly enjoy the treatment.
Overall, I just love it here. I have to pay a toll to get to Sweety Nails but I don’t mind at all because the experience so far has been worth the trip.

I really want to say i love this place… but theyre inconsistent in their work. The first time i got gel mani and 3d nail art it was fantastic! they stayed on for two weeks+. No chipping whatsoever especially since im always using my hands a lot at work… but i went there last week and got gel again but with more expensive designs… the following day it began to chip… and on top of that the 3d nails keep yanking out my hairs in the shower. I paid a shitton of money for four chipped nails and hairloss. I want to go back to get it redone… since i paid a lot of effing money but i work at night and i have no time… so… disappointed. :(
UPDATE:
As soon as I Unilocaled their place they immediately replied and told me to go back to get them fixed. a few days later i went to get them fixed and they did a wonderful job. They were really sorry about the chipping and felt really bad. they are all very sweet! Hopefully they wont chip again! Will return :)

is there anywhere to write zero stars? I have been here a few times and they have done a good job. I came here last week got a pedicure and a manicure with designs. one day later my light pink nails turned orange and the design peeled off. I called them and told them I would be coming in. when I came in I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me (there were two workers doing nothing). I finally asked for a refund and to take my polish off. they gave me a refund but said they would charge 10 $ to take the polish off!!! the polish that they put on and turned my hand a different color?! you are kidding! I told them that last week I spent 65 $ plus tip and parking and I am not paying another 10 $. they looked at me and shrugged. sorry, you just lost a costumer and all my referrals due to TERRIBLE customer service. terrible.

Sweety Nails is one of my favorite spots to go to for nails. This chic boutique-​like nail salon and spa is a hidden gem tucked away in Whitestone. It is small, but clean and extremely cute. The staff is incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. When doing your nails they’ll make you feel relaxed and comfortable by talking to you, so you’re not sitting in an awkward silence. Though the prices could be a little steeper than most places, it is definitely well worth it because they do such a remarkable job on the nail work.
