I used the ‘long island team’ which was Brett and Charlie. Don’t take notes they said. Detailed report they said. They snap a lot of pictures with their cell phones but the report is generated through a software program and basically says nothing. What’s worse is that when I called to discuss the lack of detail, I was negotiating for a very expensive home and I needed it, Charlie became abusive to me on the phone. I paid for the termite inspection which consisted of ’ we really can’t tell, ask them about if they’ve had a problem’. not recommending.
