The worst place ever save your money. My hair is a mess now I have to wait for it to grow out. It was a simple hair cut and blow it looks awful.

This place is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. I did not have an appointment and I was taken right away. Very happy with my haircut. They did exactly what I asked. I hate when places are «scissor happy». Great price… literally half of what I spent from the last time I got my hair cut. I would definitely recommend and will go back. Maybe try some spa services. Ample parking. Other great businesses in same shopping center. Really couldn’t ask for more. Thanks so much.

I keep telling myself, it’s only hair — it will grow back, but I can say for sure — never again will i go to this salon. I had gone here a few years ago a couple of times because they are convenient to my job and I got okay cuts. So went after work tonight very spur of the moment. I showed a picture of what I wanted (which I already had — i wasn’t making a radical change– I wanted to just shape it up a bit) and explained that I wanted it a bit longer in back than the picture. And what I wound up with is even shorter than the pic. I even stopped the stylist when It felt like it was closer to my scalp then it should be. And honestly for the cut I got i think it was overpriced. And I wasn’t even walked back to the sink area — I was just kinda pointed back in that general direction which right there actually made me think things would not go well. And it was the most uncomfortable shampoo I’ve ever had. She kept lifting my head in an awkward angle and I kept thinking the water was going run right down my back. So I learned my lesson — pay attention to the Unilocal reviews which I did read this afternoon but since I had been there in the past figured it wouldn’t be too bad. Like i said… never again.

In feeling blah. And i come out feeling like a princess. The owners greet you and talk to you like family. This is the go to place. Prices are reasonable to. I love it.

Came in for a keratin treatment and end results was none. The treatment did not take and unfortunately my hair remained in its original state, curly and frizzy. I couldn’t understand why and believe it may have been the way the product was applied and finished. Unfortunately, the end result was an Epic Fail and will need to do again, but not at this salon. Although, the staff was nice and friendly I will not be returning.

My hair stylist liz is amazing. She colors and styles my hair and it comes so perfectly. It’s really hard to get nthe right colors for asain hair and she gets it on point everytime. Everyone who’s there is so polite & friendly.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have loved it every time! Alma is my go to girl for highlights and cut! She always makes me look like a new better version of myself! I never have brassy-​ness in my color. I will be following alma to her new salon sunshine spa & hair!

ZERO STARS!!! Stay Far away from this place and save your money! Came here for a blow dry and waterfall braid. Something simple. left with hair looking worse then it did when I came in. Horrible horrible work. Never ever again. the people who work here are nice but have NO TALENT!

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the owner of salon, very nice lady ! Took my coat and introduced me to the stylist Vicky that was going to blow dry my hair sweet woman, took her time with the blow out and curled my ends after. I was press for time but they did a great job ! Will def come back again !

My mother needed to get her hair done, and so I recommended this salon from hearing decent reviews. (So much that I was thinking of giving them a shot too). But after I hear how they treated her, I will certainly not give them my business. She felt that because of her age, the stylist she was originally assigned to couldn’t be bothered when she saw her. So she got passed off to another stylist. I’m sorry age should not be an issue if it’s a paying customer. That older person may tip way better than someone who is young. Everyone should be treated the same. I am apalled and embarrassed that I recommended a place that would make my mother feel that way. Lucky for the salon, my mother is not confrontational and let the rude behavior occur without saying a word. I wish she had gotten the names of these rude stylists so I can pinpoint the women who need training in customer service!

I recently called to make an appointment with Tina, since I had read great reviews about her skill as a colorist. This is what happened, word for word.
Me: Hello
Receptionist: Giorgio’s (mumble.mumble).
Me: Hello, I would like to make an appointment with Tina.
Receptionist: WHAT?
Me: I would like to make an appointment with Tina.
Receptionist: Tina don’t work here no more.
I can’t even imagine how that young woman was able to work at the front desk of a business. No phone skills and poor grammar.

Came in with a group on. the receptionist had no clue what the group on deals were and what they entailed. The stylist had no idea what I was there for I had to keep repeating what my services were. The stylist barely looked at my photo or listened to what I wanted. Still left with split ends that I had to get my hair chopped off two weeks later (!) at a different salon. I also think it’s rude to answer your cell phone in the middle of cutting my hair. The location is nice and there is ample free parking but this place is disorganized. Tabitha would whip them into shape.

I was encouraged by the first appointment with Tina but by the 3^rd visit, I was done with Giorgio’s. The staff is very unfriendly and after giving Tina very healthy tips in previous appointments when I was unhappy with the 3^rd hair color visit and went back for color correction, she told me there was nothing she could do. She told me not to worry because I looked fine and meanwhile I hated the color she gave me. The next day I went elsewhere and the color has been great since. I think Tina just wanted to go home and it would have taken too much of her time to correct my color. Beware of really good reviews. The people that work there ask you to write good reviews for them and they will give you 10% off your next visit.

Bottom line is that the hair stylists here are top notch and the price you pay is definitely reasonable for the end result. That said, they are usually running anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes behind. Bring a book or magazine because you will have some time to kill, but it will be worth it!

Have nothing but good things to say… from making the appointment, to walking in, taking you on time, getting a wonderful cut, blow, etc… prices are very reasonable as well! I will definitely keep coming back!

If I could give this place negative stars I would.
Went in with a friend to get colored hair extensions because we heard that they had a large variety and good prices. Appointments were made for 5pm, arrived a little late at 5:10, and when we walked into the front lobby, after a few minutes, nobody took the time to greet us. Someone finally realized we were there, and told us to have a seat on their plastic covered chairs.
We waited 5 minutes for the stylist to come and speak with us, and after receiving the colored hair wheel from her she said she would be back to hear our color decisions. She went back to cutting this woman’s hair while we decided what we wanted. After 5 minutes we figured it out. And waited. And waited… and waited. She came back to us at 5:40 and ask what we wanted, then we told her. She said she would be a few more minutes. She said she had my dark blue color possibly down stairs, and she never worked with the purple color my friend wanted. Ok, cool. She went back to her client, then proceeded to give her a makeup session with disgusting USED sample makeup that sitting in the salon. Unsanitary.
When she was done with that client, we thought we were next. WRONG! A woman with freshly wash hair sat down in the hairdressers seat and she began to cut her hair. For 30 minutes straight. Completely disregarding my friend and I for 30 fricken minutes. At 6:15, we decided to walk out. As we went to get our coats to leave, the hairdresser turns from her client to say, «OH! I went to check downstairs. We don’t have the color you want. Do you want us to order it and make an appointment for next week?» ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You just made me and my friend sit for an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment time and you NOW tell me you don’t have the color? Despicable! I went to the lady at the front desk and told her we were leaving, and she didn’t even look up at me.
As a potential new customer I was completely appalled by the awful customer service and how disgusting it was to put dirty makeup on a client. I called back and told them I would not be coming back, and being as I have been on television and have around 10,000 followers on Twitter, they did not want to mess with me. Too bad.

This place is a zoo, but my stylists migrated here after their salon closed. The prices are high average ($ 50 for color & $ 50 for haircut) and it is so backed up on Saturday, but the staff are really nice and of course my stylists are super geniuses with my hair so I will keep going. I would prefer it more serene, but «in business» is better than «out of business» lol.
