Absolutely AWFUL customer service. First, I was refused price adjustment. I’d forgotten to use my coupon, so I went in the next day and asked for a price adjustment, and they told me they couldn’t do that. When I said I’d just return the items and buy them again, I was told they couldn’t let me have the items for 24hrs after I’d returned them. Ridiculous. Then, I went in to exchange a pair of jeans that had been purchased with a tear in the back. They refused to return or even exchange because there were no tags on the jeans. I’ve never in my life come across a store that wouldn’t at least exchange a defective item just because the tags aren’t on it. This is a terrible way to treat clientele, and I’ll be taking this up with the company itself.
