I’ve used Big Apple for years for servicing my barbecue. Just last week I bought a brand new very expensive barbecue. I suspected new owners and I was right. What a difference. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He promised what he delivered. Timely fashion. Lovely quick service in delivering and installing barbecue. Will use them again.

Owner is nasty, condescending and abrupt. I walked out before I could let him spew one more nasty comment my way while inquiring about a product. Get a life.
