After A TERRIBLE experience with the location on Broadway I swore I would never go to Monroe again but ultimately I was in a time crunch New Years Day,. The Manager Steve Was Amazing and Very Professional!!! I went for an oil change but thought I might need brakes. As it turned out I didn’t. Couldn’t Believe it an HONEST Mechanic. Kudos to Steve and his Staff undoubtedly When I need Brakes I will return to the Grape Street Location!!!

Scheduled my vehicle for brakes and tires, ended up getting an oil change while it was there. It took forever to pick up my vehicle. When I verified the price for oil change, manager was quite rude. I asked about breaks and tires. I was told both would require some form of replacement in the next month, without given the option to get it done at time of service. The vehicle was scheduled between 11:30 — 2:30 so it wasn’t a time issue.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They told me I was done 10 minutes later. I had to ask them if the rotated my tires, the tech said ugh no took it back in and finished. I found out they over filled my oil when changing it, now I have a $ 600 bill to have the oil that spilled out all over my engine and uptake cleared out and no one from Monro wants to take responsibility. The district manager told me this can’t happen with a simple oil change. I beg to differ and have the bill to prove it so BEWARE saving a couple bucks with these untrained mechanics really cost me!!!

I bought 4 brand new tires from this store. Bring it in for tire rotation after 4 months. I found out one tire got a plug in it (meaning it was a flat previously). I know I did not have a flat since I bought it. So why is the a PLUG which tells me they sold me tire is of poor quality or they bought it cheap and it the leak and sellit as brand new. I asked the employee but I did not get a straight answer. I will take my business else where
