Sir Grout’s colorsealant is the only sealant that will make your grout impervious to even the toughest stains while also making your grout water resistant and mold and mildew resistant. That’s because our sealant is the only one with a mildicide blended in by our manufacturer. We are also the only grout and tile company that can custom match our sealant to any manufacturer’s grout color.

History

Established in 2004.

Sir Grout was founded by Jeff Gill and Tom Lindberg in 2004 in the New York metropolitan area in Connecticut (Fairfield /​Litchfield counties), New Jersey (Bergen County) and New York (Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties). Tim O’Leary joined the company in 2007 running the operation in Westchester County when Jeff and Tom began franchising Sir Grout around the country. Today Sir Grout has 24 franchises in seven states and is the only tile and grout company ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 (#323 overall), a distinction we’ve had the last couple of years.
