Aaron seemed very nice when I met with him. I gave him a $ 150 good faith check up front (which he cashed immediately) and he agreed to send me a quote within a certain period of time. This time kept getting pushed back and he repeatedly told me new deadline dates — none of which were met. After it became obvious that I was not going to receive what I was promised, I asked for him to send me a check back. He kept telling me he would send it but it’s been 3 months and I have not received it. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest service.

Half-​assed work, all around.
Aaron and his crew are nice guys, to be sure, but not so great at their craft. Worse, they can’t be relied upon to keep their word. I went ahead and paid Aaron for a job that was mostly completed, and I have been trying for weeks to get him to return to finish the last part of the work. He keeps saying he’ll come on certain days and times, and then repeatedly doesn’t show, leaving me waiting around the house over and over again. At this rate, I’m going to have to hire someone else to finish it or do it myself, which would be fine if Aaron hadn’t already taken my money.
Additionally, his quality is lacking. My hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom, the toilet is not bolted down, and they left me a colossal mess when scraping the popcorn off my living room ceilings. It took me weeks to clean up a disaster they could have prevented by simply putting down a drop cloth. Very disappointing.
He also quoted me prices for small jobs around the house and later backed out on what he promised to do for the money. He tried to charge me extra for supplies he needed in order to do the work. He snuck the additional changes onto my bill without discussion.
If you decide to hire Aaron despite all this, don’t pay him until you’re satisfied. Once he has your money, you’ll never see him again.
