Little Easy Cabins

We loved this place. We have a family reunion every year in Waverly. We have stayed in the local motels and other lodging around the area. This is the ONLY place we’ll be staying from now on. It is definitely worth the drive. Everything was perfect… it is exactly as advertised. The owners are great. We got stuck in traffic on the way there, and they took the time to find out there was an accident and texted us an alternate route. We loved sitting on the front porch, watching the hummingbirds, and feeding the chickens. The cabin is nice and comfortable; the setting is beautiful and peaceful.

My family and I had a little reunion in TN this past week, and we reserved the Little Easy Cabin On a whim). I can’t say enough about this place. First off– the cabin AND the house was built by the owner of the property. Total quality, let me tell you. It was cute, comfortable, and VERY affordable.
The owners of the property treated us like family. They spent time with us around the campfire. Greeted us in the morning to see if they can get us anything. It was just so great being there. I didn’t want to leave.
I definitely will be going back, even if I have to drive 500 miles.

I was here this past summer. As a lady who likes nature AND needs to be comfortable, The Little Easy Cabin met my exacting requirements. More than enough ample room, fully furnished (well appointed and surprisingly well designed for THIS PART of the country — something between a Bravo! TV Show and LL Bean. This won’t deter the gentlemen, as they would be comfortable here as well.
Right off the highway, it was easy to find, even at night, and there was plenty of amply parking for you, your truck, RV, Camper, Jeep, or what have you. Its near one of the coldest creeks I have ever swam in, near one of the best National Parks in the East, and near a Marina, which is very close.
The price was dirt cheap, even for this cheapskate, the help was super kind and knowledgeable, and what ever you needed, it was there, and if not, you don’t need it! You cannot ever do better for the money. Even if you are just passing through, and need a place to sleep, I would suggest Little Easy instead of your Hotel 8, HoJo’s, or Sleep Inn. No added housekeeping fees, they are pet friendly, and have cable tee vee!
