Lap of Luxury Pet Resort

My dog loves going to Lap of Luxury, she wags her tail as soon as we get to the door. When I go pick her up she’s sitting in Lindsay, the owner’s lap (I swear she is a dog whisperer). They do such an excellent job, only place who can cut her nails, LOL even sells our dog food! It’s clean, safe, honest, and affordable. They are so flexible I’ve contacted them at 7am and by 715 my dog is in daycare for the day. They get walks and go potty outside, unlike My dog is my baby and I am so picky, but I just rave about this place. Even my brother, from Wisconsin, comes down just to board his dogs when he goes on trips because he trusts their services so much. The pups are bathed, nails trimmed and ready when he’s back from vacation. Love Lap of Luxury!!!

Our 6 mo old pug puppy stayed for eight nights… we enjoyed seeing the daily photos & videos of him. I don’t think he wanted to come home with us after seeing how much FUN he was having and how LOVED he was. We would definitely take him back & recommend them to other dog owners!

We’ve been taking our dog to Lap of Luxury for doggie day care services for about three months now and we couldn’t be happier! Originally I was a little concerned that the space was not big enough to really give my dog the ability to run, play, and burn off all that boxer energy, but she always comes home completely tuckered out from the day, so that clearly is not the case. You can tell that Lindsey, the owner, truly has a passion for dogs. She pampers them with treats and is always playing with them or blowing bubbles. My dog is truly excited to see her every morning. Plus, it’s great that she posts videos on Facebook so that you can see the dogs are having fun.
One of the things that I particularly like about Lap of Luxury is how clean the facility is. We previously took our dog to a more corporate owned day care when we lived out of state and I was resigned to think that when you have that many dogs in one place it just inevitably is not going to smell clean, but Lap of Luxury is always smelling fresh and clean whenever I’m in there (and best of all my dog doesn’t come home with that «dog camp smell»). I think it’s in large part due to the fact that Lindsey takes the dogs outside regularly to relieve themselves. And if that’s not praise enough, you can’t beat the location right across the street from the Wheaton train station parking lot! I really only deducted on star because I still think it would be great if the facility was larger and sometimes I find myself wishing the hours were just a touch longer than 7am — 7pm for the days I need to get downtown early or stay late. I would certainly recommend to anyone that they should bring their dog here!
