KLC Consulting was established to assist organizations that may be struggling to meet ongoing goals. With proper planning and implementation, every organization has the opportunity to fulfill its mission and increase its impact.

History

Established in 2015.

I have worked and volunteered in the non-​profit sector for over 15 years. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-​Lincoln in 1999, I worked in the administrative offices at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. In 2005, I transitioned my career to project management at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2007 and became a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt in 2008. After a few years in the corporate sector, I realized my passion was working with non-​profit organizations. I began volunteering for the Boundless Readers organization in 2009 as a special events committee member and joined the Board of Directors as Fundraising Chair in 2013.
