Description

Specialties

At Newton’s Cube we believe that a unique approach to corporate team building is necessary to truly engage your employees. Rather than simply offering training for your team, we focus on a fun, experience-based event that will stay with your employees long after they leave our facility. In addition to «The Cube” – a unique experience that promotes positive interaction and communication skills among your team – we integrate seminars targeted to your company’s objectives and a comprehensive education and implementation plan through which to continue your team’s learning through the following months.

This multi-step approach is what truly sets Newton’s Cube apart from other, more basic team-building exercises.

History

Established in 2014.

The team building space has not had a lot of innovation in the past decade. Some of the innovation that has occurred has created an exclusion factor. For example, there are some team members that are not going to want to do something like ropes courses or paintball. It is sad when a team member is dreading the even that is supposed to draw the team closer to one another.

Newton’s Cube is inclusive. It is in an office setting. That inclusive part is what was the starting driver towards Newton’s Cube.

Using our IT backgrounds as a foundation, we have created a really cool experience that teams love. It is interactive. It is hands-on. You are on your feet working together for a common goal. This concept of EBL (experience based learning) is what Newton’s Cube was founded on. It is effective, but yet fun.

Meet the Business Owner

Dave B.

Business Owner

Dave has been in the business world for over 20 years. Over half of that time in the role of CIO. During that time, he has been a customer of «team building» activities and saw a need out there in the market place. Something that was more effective. Something that didn’t make people roll their eyes saying «do we really have to go?»

Dave used his IT background and his business experience to create an awesome fun and engaging experience that makes teams understand one another better.

Dave lives with his wife and kids in the western suburbs of Chicago. He has a passion for kids and family. He has been on the board of 360 Youth Services for 7 years. 360 provides life changing tools to kids and their families.
