The b. barre workout combines high intensity cardio components with low impact choreography similar to ballet. But you don’t need years of training at Juilliard to participate in this performance; just an immense desire to learn the rhythm of your body and how to improve the composition. A fusion of Yoga, Pilates and dance; b. barre incorporates the essential elements of fitness which include stretching, deep breathing, and resistance training.

History
Established in 2014.
Locally owned barre studio located just west of the highlands neighborhood. The room is large is size at 25×32 feet which allows ample room to exercise without the feel of overcrowding. We only allow 14 people in each class giving you the opportunity to not feel squeezed.
Classes are about 60 minutes in duration including a warm up and cool down. You’ll learn new techniques and incorporate the barre, light weights, resistance bands and mind control; all while getting lost in the sounds of the latest tunes. There’s no need to wear shoes as barre exercises are performed barefoot or in non-slip grip socks with floor mats. All you need is water, a clean towel and a positive attitude.
