Super busy super friendly staff, don’t get all the bad staff comments, everyone here is super friendly even when they are busy. Convenient location plus the mobile ordering is the best!

But why is everyone so miserable? Not your typical smiley faced baristas here in Westwood. I don’t get the warm cozy feeling at this location. But I do come for the caffeinated drinks to start my shifts– overall the drinks are done to correctly.

Pros: comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff. Cons: the only reason I go to Starbucks these days is because it is typically much faster to upload hi-res images to my office in NYC than to upload from home or library. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this Starbucks. The download speeds are fine, but since I only spend $ 5 on coffee for business purposes and I cannot get my business done here(pics won’t upload at all) this is not a location I will likely return to. If you are here to relax with a book or friends this is a comfortable Starbucks so it may work for you.

I work in town so I’m forced to come to this Starbucks for green tea and yogurt. Their food and drinks aren’t any different than other Starbucks, but that’s expected since they basically all come from the same place. However, their staff is close to terrible. Sure the wait for a drink isn’t too bad, but no one ever smiles or says«Have a good day.» after I pay. It seems like they’re having miserable days, every day. The employees need to work on being nicer — I’ve never met such rude people. They need to work on their customer service ASAP.

I placed a simple food order by first asking if the food item that was on display was what I thought it was. The person behind the counter made fun of my accent by repeating my question in a mocking way, which was completely disrespectful. I also paid with a $ 100 bill because I didnt have enough change, and after playing with his co-workers behind the counter and joking around with them and thus ignoring me with my extended hand ready to pay, he said«I dont have enough money in my register to break this.» Needless to say I felt mocked, disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I spoke to the manager, explained the situation and told her this was something they should really be careful about. She replied with a careless«ok.» I am extremely disappointed to have had this belittling experience at a Starbucks, when I know that treating their customers with the best customer service is their #1 priority.

Hardly any line at this Starbucks. This is always the meeting place for consults with clients, as you can always find a seat with the amount of tables. There is no parking lot for the café, only street parking, which is sometimes hard to find on a busy night. I just wish the teenagers wouldn’t linger in the vicinity. They are constantly around screaming and in huge groups. Could be worse, I guess.

I come here at least once a day and love this Starbucks. The baristas are all very friendly and if you frequent the place enough they will remember your drink and just put your name on the cup. I feel this adds to the great customer service. I have had my special drink already made by the time I walked in the door many times. They are quick and efficient and never mess my drink up. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

I think Katy Perry is here every day from 10am –10pm. I don’t have any other explanation for the droves of teenagers that mob this Starbucks every summer morning, afternoon and night. They are standing around aimlessly on the street around it, waiting for something to happen. Not that anyone would notice if it did, because something much more interesting must be happening on their iphone. At least they are getting fresh air. The Starbucks, you ask? Other than the parking issue, it’s a good one: large, well-lit, urbane. There is a mild shortage of comfy chairs, and the coffee tastes like remnants of a car fire — the typical Starbucks fare. I pretend to enjoy it.

My favorite Starbucks in the area by far. Hardly ever a line in the morning when I go, usually between 7:45 — 8:15. Staff has always been friendly and I’ve never had an issue with a drink being made incorrectly.

Latte was ok, typical overpriced nothing-special latte. Staff was ok. The place was freezing — not warm and cozy, like a coffee house should be. Maybe they had problems with oil/heat/plumbing? I don’t know… but it was cold. A lot of people sat with coats on. The bathrooms were dirty and no toilet paper. Based on my experience, I would not revisit this particular Starbucks.

I do wish there were more tables at this Starbucks. There are about 5 tables in total and one large long table that seats 6 people. The tables are usually all occupied every time I stop by here.

The service at the Westwood location is always fast. If there is a line you don’t really notice it because this staff always has their act together. Also, they all make it work smoothly & effortlessly. My favorite Starbucks, staff is super nice, friendly and professional.

Good Starbucks, I like how the store is set up like an assembly line for the customers to line up. Once in a while a drink gets screwed up but that’s life! Never tried food here, but I always see people buying pastries or sandwiches.

I lied, you might catch me here again before noon on a weekend. It was another Saturday morning, another very long line, but this time, it moved quickly & efficiently. I got my order within 5 minutes, without being over charged. My love & passion for coffee is the reason I returned, even if I must pay an unreasonably high price for what Starbucks has to offer. But that doesn’t mean the total rung up doesn’t irritate me.
