Terrible business. They stole copper ground wire from my jacuzzi tub, they stole a work stool from an electrician (he got it back because I called when they were on their way back to the shop and the kid said he thought it was theirs! REALLY???). They also did the gutters and down spouts on my house and they leak like a siv! If I could put a –5 star review I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Stay away from Richie’s insulation.

Terrible people to deal with. Awful and expensive job for nothing. I might have as well burned the money for heat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Employees are not screened. They lied and said they accepted credit cards but then reneged and said they didn’t. They went to my husbands place of work and lied that he threatened them which he certainly did not. Liars and thieves. The worst!

I was recommended to them by my contractor. The contractor who I have used for the past 10 years on multiple projects and gets 5 stars every time for effort and courtesy. Someone came out and priced thr job thst day, and got a quote the next Scheduled job, no show no call. There was no sense of urgency to set my mind at ease and I had to call 6 hours later because I still hadn’t gotten a call. I asked then when are they coming? they said sometime tomorrow. Um, what? Your mistake and now I’m treated like I’m the one who needs to sit and wait around for a commodity that’s a dime a dozen? Don’t think so! I dont need to pay top dollar and be abused. Save your time and skip to the next listing.

Richie’s Insulation is a poorly run business that does not communicate within the organization or with its customers. I was given multiple dates that service was supposed to be completed with no call to let me know they were not coming. The owner is rude and unprofessional. He called me looking for payment for a job they did without my knowledge AFTER I cancelled it. He threatened to put a lien on my property stating I would be dead and buried but someone would pay. He then swore at me and hung up. Do NOT do business with this man!
