Very good location and nice staff. We stayed there because of the location and pet friendly policy. Everyone who works there was pleasant. The breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare, but there was a can of whipped cream next to the waffle machine for the children (young or adult). Our room was quiet.

I can’t believe how much I loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly at check in, our room was ready when we got there even though we were a little early, and they called when we got into the room to make sure everything was good in our room. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. I wish I could buy one of the duvets from them! The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperatures. We had an event at White’s that night and could walk right across the parking lot, it was really convenient. It was also close to horseneck beach so we spent a day there. I asked for a late checkout in the morning and they happily extended it to 1pm. They also have free wifi and breakfast! I LOVED this hotel. It was worth every penny. If I’m in the area, I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a competition and enjoyed being such a short drive to the beach. The staff was friendly and the pool was nice too the only issue was that the jacuzzi jets did not work. We would stay here again. The walls are thin but it didn’t disrupt our stay this time.

Another wonderful stay! This is our go to hotel, perfect for my family and our pet. From my experience, all of the staff member are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always tasty and the rooms are cozy. We love having the pool and fitness center and the location is perfect too!
We travel into the area to visit family, but I see both business and leisure guests, all of whom seem comfortable as well. This trip we made some special requests, and all of our needs were met!

I really wanted to like this place, but the staff is not that great. The house person and my housekeeper were OK, but needed more training. I tip well. I lived in N. Dartmouth for 4 years and have stayed here on an off for over a decade, since 2003. Step up your game.

We have been staying at this hotel over the past year whenever we visit our daughter at UMASS, and have always been happy with our visit. However, our stay this past Friday was a horror show and we were mortified by managment’s response. We stayed on the first floor right next to the front desk, room 111. Word of advice, if you stay at this hotel DONOT stay on the 1^st floor if you wish to get any sleep. This hotel accomodates lots of wedding parties, and if you look on trip advisor there are lot of reviews regarding the noise issue at this hotel, it is cleary an ongoing problem. At 1:00 — 2:00 AM, we were awakened by 10 plus members of a wedding party, congrugating outside of the room next to us and in the lobby, who were highy intoxicated and every other word out of their mouths was F**CK. After about 30 minutes we called and were told security was on their way. Then for about 45 minutes we listended to everyone argue, swear and drunk women run up and down the hallway crying that the hotel ruined their wedding. I also heard the security officer specifically tell the people that our room were the complainants, which I find to be very inaprropriate… So then, after this disclosure, we had to listen to numerous drunks make rude and threatening comments geared towards us in room 111. Then, around 4:30 am the whole wedding party reappeared at the next door room, as they appeared to be leaving quite early. So the fun began again, and for over an hour we listened to men yelling, banging on our front door and making nasty comments, such as «what kind of idiots go to bed at 8pm on a Friday night». Then to add insult to injury, we were awokened again by a maintenace man looking to change a lamp shade! When managment was advised of all of this, I was told that they can’t interview every party who stays at the hotel and pretty much nothing else could really be done. They agreed the people were beyond obnoxious, however, it basically is what it is, and not much they can do as they book tons of wedding parties. They offered to put 10,000 points in our Honors account, which we agreed and are happy with, however, this still does not address the issue about how dangerous a situation they put us in… We could have gone out and argued with them, which I am sure many guests would have done, however, I knew as a defense attorney this was not the best course of action. it was just a horrible situation to be put in and for management to pretty much not care really bothers me.

Right off the highway, friendly folks at the desk, decent room, nice atmosphere in the lobby, decent free breakfast.

The most shocking thing about this Hampton Inn is that I’m amazed Hilton hasn’t stripped the name from them. As a frequent traveler this Hampton is one of worst I’ve stayed at. Rooms are outdated and have a stale dank odor from poor cleaning. Service is less then friendly. The walls and doors are paper thin I was woken by the repeated wake up calls to room next door at 4:30 am.
This is on par with a motel 6 not a Hampton. Go drive 10 miles to the other hamptons nearby.

We used the Hampton Inn as our hotel of choice for our wedding which was held in Westport, MA in the summer of 2013. The service we received from the coordinator was abysmal. We had a horrible experience getting rooms blocked and we found out that some of our guests were getting better room prices through other outlets — so they did not offer any sort of discount for the block.
Every time we called we had to re-​answer questions that we had already addressed in a previous phone call which resulted in additional headaches on our end.
The rooms themselves were fine — typical.

Appreciated the VERY early check-​in! This was the best thing about my stay here, and the service was good. Walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear the entire conversation between the couple in the next room, along with much hallway noise. Beds were not very comfortable, room felt less than clean, and AC was not fully-​working. Price point was low. Overall an OK stay for a friend’s wedding.

Typical Hampton Inn experience. Nice, clean room, good breakfast. The pool/​spa area was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked this hotel, for the most part. Nothing to complain about, but I didn’t ask for any «extras». The complimentary breakfast was not the best experience, mostly because it was so crowded in the last ½ hour — that was not fun. Otherwise, I thought it was a pretty good place to stay.

I’ve stayed at a bunch of Hampton Inn’s and this is probably the worst one. I’ve stayed here three times and each time I’ve gotten a horrible sleep. The beds are actually comfortable but the rooms each have kind of a moldy smell when you walkin them. I woke up every time with a stuffy nose and just feeling like crap.
The staff has never been overly friendly when I’ve gone here. They weren’t downright mean, but not very friendly either. I prefer the Hampton Inn in Plymouth, MA but it’s a further drive from where I usually go.
The location is good right off the highway.

We took a trip to Providence, RI, but the hotels in that area were booked, so we opted for this Hampton Inn. It was a nice, comfortable and busy Hampton Inn (summer 2012). The room has dark wood, free internet, a nice TV, and A/​C. I didn’t check out the pool or fitness room.
We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn’s and they are usually clean, fairly quiet, and comfortable. We got a room with two double beds (425). You can see the pictures of the room that I posted. I thought the room was clean and well kept.
The breakfast area was decent size, but very crowded the morning that we ate down there. It’s a typical hotel continental breakfast buffet with fresh waffle makers (my favorite). They have small boxes of cereal, muffins, bread/​toast, fresh fruit, milk, etc.
Overall, a good experience. I just wish it was slightly closer to Providence, RI.

I stayed here two nights 7÷4÷12 to 7÷6÷12.
I was greeting by really nice staff while checking in that was very helpful about the area as I never been in that vicinity before. Its an older Hampton Inn and you can tell by the doors to the rooms. The room was good. Very clean. I stayed on the 3^rd floor and when I checked in, I asked if there were any rooms away from the Highway available to switch me to because I didn’t want the highway to be an issue. She kindly switched me facing the back of the hotel and it was quiet.
I went into the jaccuzzi for less then 5 minutes and left because the clorine was very strong. (Not the first Hamtpon Inn that this was a problem in)
The area is very convienent and it took us 25 minutes to drive to Westport, RI.
If you drive a few minutes down the road, you hit a bunch of resturants in town.
I stayed here because its a catagory 2 hotel (12,500 points) with Hilton Honor and I didn’t have to pay a penny for my stay, just used my points. Well worth it! Other catagory 2 hotel is in Milford, CT and is an older Hampton Inn but was a nice experience too. That one is close to SilverSands state beach which is free to park and enter.
Breakfast buffet was stocked, cleaned, and good.
I am very perinoid when it comes to bed bugs, first thing I do is check the mattress when I get into my room. This appeared to be a new bed, no bugs, clean, sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable.
Walls are thick and I didn’t hear noice outside the room, which is one reason older hotels are good, the new ones that are thrown together, you hear everything!
If your not some overly prissy chic expecting it to be brand new, this place is a warm, great place to stay so don’t let the negitive comments turn you away, I say its well worth the try, espeically if your staying for free with points!
I will definetely stay here again. :)

Not impressed.
When my wife asked for floss at the desk, she was told ‘No, we don’t have it; everyone asks for it, though.’ That is not a good sign; if the management brags — and the bathroom had a sign proclaiming they had whatever you needed for toiletries — they should be able to make good. Especially if it’s something that so many people have requested.
A second problem is that my wife stubbed her toe — twice — in the bathroom. She is a pretty graceful person. If she keeps stubbing her toe, it’s a sign that the architect dropped the ball with the whole ergonomics thing.
The room? It was ok. There was a gap in the door, though it closed securely. The bed was softer than I care for, and I had to scrounge to find a convenient outlet for my CPAP machine. Wifi — while free — was pretty unreliable and dropped out when the wind shifted.
The complimentary breakfast? No thanks — especially when I watched some guy dip a coffee cup into the waffle mix — finger and all.
For $ 130 a night, I expect more. Local bed and breakfasts cost about that much.

Unclean, dirty, disgusting! This Hampton has remodeled in the past couple years and they needed to, however the remodel has not been kept up! The first morning we stayed during our visit, I showered and realized there was hair strands, (not mine), all over the shower walls, the tub was not draining, and there is mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom (no bathroom fan) and on the shower caulking. I went to front desk and asked that they at least correct the drain and clean the hair off the walls. That evening when we returned, the shower had been fixed and «cleaned,» but the mysterious hairs were still on the walls of the shower. Poor and sloppy housekeeping. Furthermore, I don’t let mold grow in my bathroom at home, and I don’t want to see it in my hotel room either!
Our room also had a security issue. Three nights in a row, we returned to our room to find our door ajar. It was not closing properly when the housekeeper left. So, needless to say, our door was unlocked all day while we were out. I called on the 3^rd night and they fixed it the next day. I guess I should not have expected the houskeeper to notice the open door, when they cannot notice the hair on the shower walls. :(

Stayed here and attended a wedding nearby. Hot breakfast (waffles and pre-​made omelettes) included. The rooms were clean and seemed well-​kept. 24 hour tea and coffee. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns and they really vary. some are nice and some are downright crappy. I find the ones in the burbs (like this one) are totally fine and the price is right.

4 stars for a Hampton. Instead of having the typical cookies to greet you, they had wine and cheese from 5 to 7. This is standard fare in many locations, but this one is better.
Also, individual basketball court and tennis courts are also available.
The rooms are solid, high end for Hampton.
