First time back at lunch box since its renovation, they’ve done a wonderful job! Service was great and atmosphere is very charming. I highly recommend the BLT, and the fried chicken as well as the pizza is also spectacular.

This is a convenient local place. The décor is bright and friendly even thought the restaurant is small. Their food is consistently good though the service is always slow. When they get busy either expect to wait a loooong time or just get up and leave. They have tasty salads and specials you wouldn’t expect for a local joint. If the service were a little better this would be a great place meriting 4 stars.

Always a great little place to stop. Me u is limited but being a small establishment, understandable. It’s your typical«home town breakfast nook.» Always a comfortable place!

Great cute restaurant for Breakfast or lunch. Coffee is very good. Had the egg sandwich with two eggs and cheese. Had the potato pancakes as a side. Loved it all. Friendly and local cool place.

I have gotten delivery from the lunch box several times, and they never disappoint! Super fast delivery and delicious food. My reason for this review is because I recently found out I am allergic to gluten… And this is the first place with a gluten free pizza that is not only edible, but delicious. This is a VERY big deal. Well done lunch box :)

I love this place. I’m a local and eat here a few times a week. I’m picky about the quality of food and have almost never been disappointed here. My favorites are the pork belly Rubin, the chili, the BLT with avocado and cheese steak. I get double cheese and double steak as its a little skimpy but from bread to meats to eggs these guys do it right. Oh and their steak frites? A huge, delicious, well prepared steak with broccoli and fries for $ 17. You’ll have to drive to… Kansas for something that good for that cheap.

Our waitress was wonderful, but the food was less than mediocre. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that tasted like heated freezer food. I ordered chicken and waffles… I could have made a much more delicious meal. Don’t drive into the boonies of Weston and make the same mistake as we did. 30 $ we’ll never get back.

Just finished an outstanding BBQ beef brisket sandwich at the Lunch Box in Weston. If I closed my eyes, you could have told me I was in Kansas City and I would have believed you!

The reuben was so good that the next time I get one I’m just gonna shove it up my ass, skipping the digestion process, to get to my stomach faster.

Found this place on a country drive with my elderly dad one day. Fantastic find! Looking forward to going back when in town.

Wonderful little spot in an already adorable little town. My fiancé insisted we go here for breakfast at least once while visiting his sisters who live in Weston. We went at a great time and manged to beat the crowds. I got pancakes. They pretty much melted in your mouth. You get 3 for $ 5.95 with whipped butter and warm syrup in its own individual container. The service was fast and the food was great. I’d definitely stop in for a bit next time we are in town.

local hometown favorite … the only one like it in Weston. Recently, The lunch box was takeover by new management. huge improvement. It used to have that small/hometown QSR feel … not anymore… the menu has expanded and is a huge improvement. The interior was renovated and they even added adult beverages to the menu… perception has definitely changed for the better. Note: the lunchbox has gone more upscale. they have even stayed true to their roots: you can still find the vintage tin lunch boxes lined up albeit in a more modern atmosphere. The kids love it. Friendly service.

I’ve been coming to this place since I was young. I think it’s been renovated 3 times. Before the last renovation this place was a dump. Also before the last renovation, the town owned. A while later a family bought it and renovated it. They got a new staff, food that is made in the restaurant, and a new pretty look. Before this place was fixed up I hated it except for the ice cream. Now that it is so much nicer and the food is so much better, I would come here every time I was finding a place to eat in Weston.

The new Lunch Box is a million times better than the old. Place is clean and has been remodeled to be trendy and comfortable. The food is fabulous. Has a nice selection for a variety of tastes. The matzah ball soup tastes like homemade. The portobello fries are wickedly delicious. And we have also found our new favorite pizza place. Love it!

The small town charm is gone. Don’t tell me «you mean a bacon egg and cheese?» when I order a Lunch Box Special! If you kept the name then maintain what«usuals» that put you on the map. That’s like somebody buying McDonalds and renaming the Big Mac. You just lost the throw back goodness … Pros — offers beer and wine, upped the décor

Defiantly a great upgrade from the old Lunch Box. Services is good and menu has the potential to awesome if the kitchen executed a little better. Burger is good but meat needs to be seasoned properly. Seems like good quality beef. Fish taco were average. Fried chicken was quite greasy, oil might need to be hotter. Fries also need to be crispier and seasoned. Again over all a great upgrade and a really nice menu, just need to kick it up a notch in the kitchen. One big issue that has prevented me from going back more often is that most of the tables are 2 tops. Place is small and there are very few 4 tops. Would be a great place for family but never seems to be space. Weston needs something like this. There is NO food out here. I hope the restaurant does well.

We used to frequent the«Old lunchbox» for convenience alone. As any patron of that place knew, food, price, ambience and service were lacking. I am so glad to say the NEW lunchbox is lovely. Our server, Mary, was very nice and welcoming. The menu was definitely improved! I had the Lunchbox Hash which was a delicious combination of potato, onion and pork belly. I sandwiched it in rye toast … So good! The décor is tasteful. The place was closed for nearly two months but now I see why. It has been completely refreshed. The furnishings are cute and homey without being kitschy. Red-striped cloth napkins are a great touch. Some of the black and white historic photographs of the area are on display and those silly lunch boxes are gone. Drawbacks include a lack of children’s menu for breakfast. Can’t wait to try out lunch and dinner here!
