Excellent Salon and Spa! Owner Vinni really understand’s her client’s requirements. Rest of the Staff at the salon are very good at what they do. They are prompt, courteous and do a great job overall. Highly recommend if looking for a salon in the western suburbs.

Extremely impressed with the service! I had the most wonderful facial with Vinni and she was so kind. She educated me about what she was doing and all the all natural ingredients which I appreciated. I also had a hair treatment and even days later my hair is amazing! I will definitely go back and if Vinni recommends something just trust her you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for close to 15 years! I am hear religiously every two weeks, they are quick and precise! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and I always have excellent looking eyebrows! Not to mention you cannot beat the price! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I actually drive in from the city to come here! Great work ladies!

I had a groupon for $ 12 off a no chip manicure & mis-​read it, thinking it was $ 12 for a no chip… So they let me know what it actually was for and I just decided to go to my usual place because they’re cheaper and do a good job. But the lady, I’m assuming the owner was so nice and told me to stay and that she would charge me only $ 12 for a basic manicure because she wanted me to enjoy it and come back! The staff was very friendly! And my manicure came out well.

A hidden treasure I wish I knew of before! Fantastic service, quality treatments and comfortable. Will definitely be advertising this place to glory to everyone I know!

I have been coming here for years, probably over 10 years. I was recently diagnosed with acute kidney failure, I had been feeling really crappy for a really long time. I had just been released from hospital and was just feeling yucky. I went in here, got myself a manicure, hair cut, and brows, and felt leaving like a million bucks!!! The ladies were so nice and understanding, it was exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond and were just amazing… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mani/​Pedi and eyebrow waxing — everyone was so nice and they did a Great job with my nails and eye brows. I have two daughters and I can’t wait to bring them here! The owner did a great job at shaping my eyebrows AND she is the only person who has threaded my eyebrows without causing a lot of pain! I will be returning very soon!

Worst pedicure ever! The tech that did my pedicure was in a rush. My skin around my toes are covered with polish. There is no drying station. After sitting for 20 minutes my toes were not dry. The tech had me hold a hairdryer over them for 10 minutes and they were still not dry. She insisted they would be fine. I asked her to wrap them and she said they don’t wrap the toes. When I got home there were are smudged. On my way out the tech tried to charge me $ 36. When I informed her the pedi was only $ 29 she said the charge included an eyebrow service. I did not get an eyebrow service. Hence she was trying to over charge me. BAD service!!!

I made an appointment for a no chip manicure (Groupon), and ended up receiving so much more. The owner. Vinni, remembered me from making the appointment and was very friendly.
After my manicure and beautiful complimentary eyebrow threading, she offered a discount on a mini facial. I took her up on her offer and can honestly say, it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She also did an IPL treatment on me as well, at the same time explaining her background in the spa business and her passion for helping women and others feel their best.
The manicure was done quickly and was beautiful.
I look forward to going back again for another IPL treatment and nail treatments. I will also bring my teenager there for an acne treatment, since Vinni has successfully treated many other clients with acne.

I purchased a Groupon for an OPI no chip mani and had a great experience with ANETA KOLCUN. My nails had a super old no chip plus a few layers of polish on top. I was able to squeeze in an appointment right after I purchased my groupon, came about 10mins before my start time. Aneta greeted me almost right away, wrapped my fingers to start the removal process, and told me she would be with me shortly.
She spent a decent amount of time on my cuticles and shaping my nails, and breezed through the no chip application. My nails turned out beautiful, service wasn’t rushed but was quick enough for a mom like me who has to get my nails done before the kiddos get home from school. During my service we had a perfect amount of convo, chatted about our kids and husbands. This salon has the perfect balance of style and down to earth feel. You don’t walk in feeling intimidated by beautiful stylish genetic freaks lol
While I was waiting for my service to start I saw a girl leave who just had her color done and it was a long gradual Carmel Ombré… amazing placement of color that I’ve seen walk out of high end salons in the city that no doubt would cost 200+ elsewhere.
I also had a complimentary eye brow threading by a young gal named Aisha. She was gentle and did an excellent job shaping brows for a natural look.
They do not have tip envelopes so come prepared with cash to disburse personally to each employee who takes care of you. I did not have cash, was going to go over on a check for cash back or charge tips… but they let me write individual checks to each girl… which was nice to have them accommodate me however I will say that cash tips are best and will come more prepared next time. I tipped the difference between the Groupon price and what the no chip actually costs, 15bucks. Seems fair.
I was offered special pricing on microdermabrasion…35 bucks per session. Outstanding price.
I will definitely be seeing Aneta again and plan to try out the colorist there.
Overall great deal, great experience! A hidden gem!!!

I got a men’s haircut here. I was very happy with how friendly and helpful my hair cutter and her colleagues were. I will definitely return!

I have been coming to Vinita for treating my acne since 1 year. My gosh! So much of a difference now that even after moving to Michigan, I regularly make a trip to Chicago once a month just to meet her and get a treatment.
I have never received just a good treatment from any one else, and that’s why haven’t even bothered to look for one esthetician in Michigan.

Vinny takes very good care of her customers! I never leave disappointed! I highly recommend this salon to get your hair, nails, and eyebrows done! This is one of the best salons I’ve been to.
