Went to this place because of the reviews but sadly I was very disappointed. The older gentlemen that helped me was a cool dude. Felt like a typical Asian run store (not being racist, I just know how my people run their businesses) Very causal and laid back. But anyways, so I went to get my front lip painted, the gentlemen gave me a price, we shook hands, was told it would be ready in about 3 days. Called 3 days laters to see if it was ready for pick up and a very polite women picked up the phone. She said she wasn’t sure if my lip was ready so she said she would call me back after she found the older gentlemen who rung me up when I came in. She never called me back but I was in the area so I just decided to stop by. Got there and ran into the older gentlemen that I spoke with when I first came in. He said the lip was ready so I paid the man and went home to install. When I got home I notice a lot of overspray issues. It was throughout the whole lip. Very disappointed. Also, it seemed like maybe the paint didn’t have enough time to cure or maybe was improperly painted because the paint chipped and flaked off very easily. I don’t know to much about paint but it just feels like it didn’t adhere to my lip very well. Idk if it’s due to the lip being plastic or skipping steps in the painting process but the quality was very low in my opinion.
My lip did chip severely bad and fast but I won’t really hold that against them because that might be because of my careless driving.

I got in a fender bender with my Rav4. The door was mangled and the quarter panel pretty scratched up. Tho’s Auto Collision gave me a fair cost and did an amazing job fixing it. It looks totally new.

The service and work here is beyond amazing.
I had emailed and sent photos of recent scratches on my car to Loan. She answered promptly and asked me to bring in my car to see if it could be buffed out or needs to be repainted. I was really prepared to pay the $ 500 to repaint the car because the scratches were so large and to me so prominent.
Her mechanic worked on it for about 15 minutes and the scratches were gone. It actually looks better than before. No signs of any scratches.
We all need an auto repair shop we can go to where we don’t need to worry about being ripped off. And of course quality work is always a must. Bonuses are the great customer service and professional demeanor. I think this place has it all down. So awesome.

Very professional and friendly at the same time! Waived the labor fee for my window repair because they made a mistake on the estimated delivery time for a new window. I see why this place has a five star rating. I’d go here again if I had any car troubles!

Quality product and service at unbeatable price.
This is my second visit. The first time was for repairing a dent door panel and this time was to replace a side mirror. I got consistent quality customer services from Linh and Loan Bui in both instances. The work performed exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Tho for any small to large auto body work needed.

I came in for a quote and she could of easily scammed me and pretended it was a scratch but Loan Bui said it was something else that I could scratch off myself. Thanks Tho’s Auto Collision!!!

This place is deserving of a 5 star. Not much to say here. Service is great. Owners are very friendly and nice and they do an amazing job. Although one of the owner is my friend I am not bias at all. I could be a Angorian living in Yemen in a farm out in the booneys… have 1 friend and still give this place a 5 star! Thats how good they are.

Came here to get my hood repainted about 1 or 2 years ago for $ 350. BMW 535i sapphire black. After a few days they called to pick up, I found the hood badly scratched around all sides; front, left and right sides. As if someone dragged the hood in the floor. After I pointed it out, a worker tried to fix it in front of me. I think he felt bad. I told them to take their time and call me back the next few days when it’s fixed. They fixed it well. Until this day, the hood has maintained its color w/​o fade. It still looks nice. Looks fairly new.

Services was quick and professional! Was recommended by a friend, and witnessed the great customer service first hand. Came in for some work on a busted bumper and my car looks brand new now! You can’t even tell that the bumper was painted again. Color match was perfect and was even able to realign all of my framework back to factory level. Claim was quick and easy!

OMG! First class and absolutely outstanding service and quality work. I had a major accident with my Lexus. I took my car here and Loan was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful during the process. They did an outstanding job. When I got my car back, I asked her «Is this my car? «it looks brand new ! They polished the entire car. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Few months ago I had to use their services again for my 2013 Toyota Prius (clearly I’m a horrible driver). This is my second time using Tho’s Auto collision’s services. I have lived long enough to be wary of dishonest mechanics. Tho was efficient, professional and personable. In my opinion he is as honest as the day is long! His sister Loane arranged for a rental car and called me numerous times over the week long process to keep me informed of my car’s repair status. The first time I came here was to fix the front bumper and damaged underliner on my 2010 Mazda hatchback. Tho’s price quote was hundreds of dollars below his competitors and never charged me a dime more. I was amazed at how perfectly the repaint matched the original color. For this reason, I returned after a fender bender in a parking lot damaged my rear bumper. Once again I came away more than pleased with Tho’s work. I would highly recommend this family business establishment to anyone tired of settling for less quality than what you paid for!

Found this place thru Unilocal.Went here for an estimate for the insurance’s claim. Linh was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked for my claim number thru AAA then took all the pictures, gave me the paperwork and sent me home. He will take care of everything… need an estimate? This is your place.

I contacted Loan for a repair estimate after my door handle had fallen off one day when trying to open the door. Loan was great! She responded to my email immediately and provided an estimate of what she thought the repair would costs. She quoted me at $ 25 dollars to repair the door handle. Once I showed up Linh, was very courteous and quick to help. He let me know that I needed a replacement part for my door handle which would come out to $ 29 and that included taxes. He mentioned that there was no labor because it was not a serious job and could be done instantly. Overall, they were able to fix my door handle and the customer service was amazing. They truly try to help you and are honest about it. I’m happy I was able to find them and will return to them for any future auto repair needs.

I never got my car fixed here but I did get in contact with Loan through email to get an estimate on all my stupid dings on my car. I sent photos of my car and what I wanted to fix and she replied instantly with an estimate of how much it would cost for my door, front bumper and other stupid Dents on my car. Nothing major but the estimate was a little pricey for my minor damages. Just keep a good vibe while communicating through email with her and ask questions. She referred me to a PDR for the annoying dent a shopping cart did to my passenger door and I was able to get in contact with him and he helped me fix the boo boo on my door. Great customer service.

I came here about a year or two ago to get a hardtop painted for my S2000. The paint techs sprayed multiple colormatched samples and asked me until I gave the thumbs up.
The hardtop came out fantastic, even though I was warned of pinholes dots that happen when carbon is cleared due to a loose carbon weave. But the end product did not show any pinholes, and the color (Silverstone Metallic) was perfect at every angle.
I highly recommend Tho’s and Loan Bui, the lady that helped me out back then.
My M3 was recently damaged by neighboring construction workers so I will be back quite soon :-).

These peeps are great! Honest too! Based on a positive recommendation from one of my best friends, I decided to drive my M3 all the way to Garden Grove from Diamond Bar. I was not disappointed. I was quoted a very fair price from the owner, Tho, for an admittedly small job.
However, they performed the work to my expectations and even charged me less than what I was originally quoted.
Loan, the owner’s daughter/​office manager (horray for family-​owned businesses!), was really nice to chat with while I waited… bonus points there!

I’ve been an Unilocaler for years and this business makes me write my first ever review. Tho’s Auto Collision treated a first-​time customer like me with the utmost professionalism and offered great flexibility. Linh quoted me a fair price on my MDX repair and explained to me in great details the process of the body work. He was also nice enough to give me a courtesy ride to my work the day I dropped off my car for repair. Loan responded promptly to my phone calls and made herself available when I needed to deliver something to them after their normal business hours. To accommodate for my tight schedule, they rushed to get my car done in just 4 working days. My car came back impeccable like new.
Working with them was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend Tho’s Auto Collision to anybody.

I’ve been meaning to write this review and it’s been long overdue. I had to get my bumper replaced from a hit and run, so I took some pictures and e-​mailed Loan to get an estimate. She asked me to come in to get a better estimate and that it would take 4 – 5 days for it to be repaired. She worked with my schedule and my budget and got everything organized for me.
I e-​mailed her the day before it was ready for pick up to confirm my car would be ready by then and she responded promptly. She even texted me the day of letting me that my car was ready!
The repair work was great and it was definitely an easy process to go through getting the estimate and getting it paid off, especially with Loan walking me through every step! Definitely recommend this place for repairs.
