Paul began his private practice of law in 1985 and was then located in downtown Baltimore. In the early 1990’s, Paul relocated both his residence and office to Carroll County, where he currently continues to reside and work.

Janet and Paul have worked together for almost twenty years, with Janet performing many tasks including those of legal assistant and office manager. By taking care of the business end of things, Janet makes it easy for Paul to concentrate on his client’s and their legal needs.
