History

Established in 2014.

Paul Capriolo began his solo law practice in 1985 and Cynthia Hatten Unglesbee began practicing law in 1999. Paul initially practices in Baltimore City and moved his practice to Carroll County in the early 1990’s. Cynthia has practiced primarily in Carroll County her entire career, even clerking for one of our former Circuit Court Judges. Together they have over 30 years of experience in the practice of Family Law, Mediation, Criminal Defense Law, and Wills and Estates.

Business Owner

Cynthia Unglesbee has been a lifelong resident of Carroll County graduating locally from North Carroll High School. She attended Hood College in Frederick and is a graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School. While working as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Carroll County Circuit Court in the late 1990’s, she gained valuable experience and knowledge of the inner working of our court system. She is a knowledgeable and hard working attorney who vigorously represents her clients interest.
