Great service, clean and organized facility, very meticulous professional work from Dr. Jan Nguyen. Six stars if possible.
So it’s pretty bad and traumatizing when you know you need to do a root canal treatment. Imagine having to do a re-​treatment because your original dentist couldn’t get to all the nerves in the first place.
That’s when Dr. Jan Nguyen, the Endodontist steps in!
She specializes in root canal therapy and I believe her hands are those of an Angel *(cheesy I know but she’s that good!).
I dislike going to any doctors that are in such a speedy hurry to get me in and out of their offices. Dr. Jan Nguyen was quite the opposite. She explained the process re treatment in layman’s term and answered all of my questions.
From the anesthetic injection to the constant pulp tissue removal, Dr. Jan Nguyen does the re treatment w/​such ease and patience. She was swift but thorough. In addition to that, she was more than happy to help me w/​my canker sore treatment. I believed she used a medication called Debacterol in which a q-​tip that is somewhat pre-​dipped in medication is applied to the lesion. Initial pain from the application and that was it. Canker sore treatment was done w/​out any additional charges. How wonderful is that?
The receptionist gave me a great price and was able to break down my payment in 3 installments w/​out any finance charges.
My re-​treatment took 2 sessions and both times, I left in good moods. Glad that it was over and super glad that I came to such a wonderful doctor. :)
