HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I used to buy Jamba Juice every morning before school when I was in high school, ordering the chunky strawberry bowl. Well since I graduated I don’t go early morning anymore, but around ¾ ish before work. The service is HORRIBLE. Went today and out of 6 employees, only 2 were working on orders aside from the cashier who was attending others. It was super packed and there were literally 3 workers standing around joking and singing along loudly to the music. I wouldn’t mind the jovial attitudes except that nobody was working on my or the rest of the customers orders. I ordered 3 bowls, (acaí, pitaya, and strawberry) It took 20 min, and the girl who prepped them literally stood for 5 min chatting with another worker. The bowls were watery, filled with chunks of ice, and lacking granola. After going every morning during my years of school I’m truly surprised by the change in quality. The girl that made the bowls, while lacking a nametag, had a pierced septum and was robust. I would love to report her. The one star is for the few that were actually working.

I bought two fruit bowls one acai and one pitaya … I asked no granola and overheard them when they made the bowls that the girl that made it put granola in it… The crew didn’t care enough to throw it away and make a new one. They still went on with it. And guess what there’s scraps of granola in our bowls. That’s extremely disappointing… We Have a STRICT DIET AND AVOID GLUTEN HOW COULD YOU… I came here feb 18 2016 2:15 pm… If corporate sees this you’ll know who to you need to talk to!!!

Wow, I am pretty surprised to see so many bad reviews for this place. Personally I haven’t had a bad experience at this Jamba Juice. I always order the Caribbean Passion and they’ve always gotten it just right.

When you have a total of $ 6.89 and you have handed him $ 7.00. He kept saying you gave too much and stares back dumb founded… this is also the guy who put his dust broom in front of the cash drawer, so when it opened the stick hit him in the face…

The employees seem upset and miserable. The only positive experience is that my drink is always correct and tasty.

The staff who took my order was friendly, and offered her honest opinion when I asked for her suggestion on whether or not should I add a wheatgrass shot to my juice. My Great Greens juice tastes fresh and good. Store was clean. Service was fast as there was no line.

I came in today at 5:00pm to order Protein Berry Workout asking to make it a little sweeter. After i got it, It wasn’t as sweet to what I like so I asked the girl politely to please make it a little sweeter. This girl has white highlights on her hair telling me with an attitude «This time we can but next time you gotta tell the waitress ahead of time». Then she passed it on to another girl to make it, this girl finished it then give it to me as I said thank you to her she tossed the straw on the table without acknowledging my gratitude. Usually I get greeted with much better customer service than this from Jamba Juice. I have been going to this location for a long time. Very disappointed with the way the treat customer’s request!!!

Who «warms» up a bread roll and gives it to a customer with most of the top this black and burnt. The roll is so hard I can’t even bite into it and when u break it apart it crumbles in hard chucks it’s so over cooked. Thanks Jamba Juice. Glad I wasted my money on something I cannot eat. Use common sense people. It’s not that hard

The staff here are very nice and friendly and all the drinks I’ve had from them tasted amazing!

This is THE WORST store that I’ve ever been to! The service was horrible. The cashier barely could speak over the extremely loud music that was playing, so I could not hear one word, nor did I know if he got my order correct. I ordered an Aćai bowl, which took forever to make since the (assumed manager), stopped
Making it to talk to the cashier, while the other employee looked off into space, doing nothing. This went on for a few more minutes till she finally figured out what needs to be done! They were also out of blueberries! But was not offering any, even though they had frozen ones. So i asked for the frozen ones, which they forgot to put in. I went up to ask for a little bit more blueberries and honey because there was hardly any in it! The «assumed manager» said that it would cost more $$ next time! WTF??? All other stores make waaay better bowls w/​plenty if fruits on them! My friend also ordered a smoothie and after him, came about 6 – 7 people that ordered. He was the first one to order and they completely forgot his order when everyone else walked out with their order. They all came in and ordered «AFTER» he did! Im not ever going back to this shitty location w/​their shitty employees again!

Oh my goodness gracious the worker with pink hair was extremely rude to myself as well as other customers in the store this morning! When myself and two other gentleman walked in we got no welcome. She had this black jacket on along with her hood and she made no eye contact our entire interaction. When I ordered my wheatgrass shot she rolled her eyes, she said «is that it» with a very rude tone and I was given my shot in a kids sized cup so I don’t even know if it was a full shot. When another man behind me also asked for a wheatgrass shot she just said «alright» he paid and then she turned around. She continued to have a bad attitude with all the customers that ordered after me too.
I never once heard her use the words thank you the entire time I was there.
I’ve been here several other times where this super nice short asian chick is working, she obviously knows what she’s doing. This pink/​reddish haired girl was absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how she even got hired. Probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Couldn’t catch her name because she didn’t even have a name tag.

Came in at about 630 front girl looked really pissed off and had bad attitude and kept saying is that it? Had blonde hair no nametag and septum pierced really didnt appreciate it i use to work for Jamba Juice and this is not the way i remember acting really upset with the service i recieved

Came here to use my Groupon for the purchase of 6 bottles of cold-​pressed juices, specifically the advertised 1-​day juicing reset. Both the cashier and the manager did not know anything about it. Manager: «Can I see that Groupon?» You would think all participating stores would know what promotions they’re offering and not have the manager standing there reading the Groupon off of your phone… apparently not. Anyhow, they only had 4 of the 6 varieties and by the time my boyfriend and I purchased our 6 bottles they were wiped clean except for the Orange Reviver juice. Talk about not enough inventory. They didn’t even have any bags for me to carry my 6 juices.
I hesitated to post this review because I thought I may have been wrong, but I called the Brookhurst & Ellis location as well as the JJ at «The Block» yesterday about the 1-​day-​reset cold-​pressed juices and they understood just fine. This just confirms that the Westminster location DOES NOT know what they’re doing. The only location around me that carried all 6 flavors was The Block so I came there last night and the cashier processed my Groupon transaction with no qualms… such a breeze! AND they had bags to carry out my juices.
The one star is only for the cashier that tried to accommodate and help. However…

Shainah is great with customer service. She’s really nice and very patient if you can’t decide what to get. I asked her to make my smoothie thicker without using ice since it waters it down, and she gave my the thickest smoothie without any loss of flavor! Keep up the good work !

I came here pretty often. Drinks are basic jamba juice. Service is nice, although slow during rush hour, which I don’t mind. They should really change their closing time to 9:00 instead of 9:30 because they stop taking order after 9.

I’m giving this jamba location a 1 star because the workers don’t have good customer service. We came in here for bogo and everyone was using the bogo coupon code deal but instead the Hispanic cashier charged us full price for 4 drinks. The Hispanic cashier seemed to be sick of her job and I showed her the coupon to scan and she said he coupon was good for one time. We had 3 phones, we could’ve easily went online to look up another coupon code, but she wasn’t helpful at all. She could’ve said or told us to go on the jamba website to get another coupon code for her to scan since everyone was using it, but she DIDNT. She just charged us full price for it. If you know we have coupon codes and phones to look up the coupon code, then you should’ve helped us and told us. Oh and also, she didn’t know one of the drinks we ordered. We asked for the fruity pebble smoothie, which was on the secret menu and we ordered it here last time… But she said they didn’t have it or there was no such thing. Why would it not be a drink if we ordered it before there?
I’m not being cheap or anything, but I honestly think that’s just so rude of her. EVERYONE had their phones out for her to scan, she could’ve had the decency to tell us to look it up so that she can help us out. But instead, she moved on to the next customer.

Ordered the 12oz tropical greens juice. It’s refreshing, but the name of the drink is deceiving. I don’t really get that hint of of tropical in this. An employee was teaching a trainee how to make my drink and failed with the measurements. I paid $ 5 for a 12oz drink, not a 10oz drink. I think they should have at least placed a couple ice cubes in there to make it look like it was filled to the top. Next time I’ll stick with nektar for the price and amount they give me.

Maybe it’s the layout of this place, but I really think they need to expand. It’s too small and because it’s small only a few staff members can actually be in the back making the smoothies leading to at least a 25 to 30 minute wait for a smoothie or juice.

3.5 STARS.
I had my car fixed at a garage close by so I walked to this Jamba Juice to get a drink. I ordered a large cup of Amazing Greens (it was new on the menu). Blending/​Juicing was quick and my drink tasted great.
However, there were some downside of this place. The cashier wasn’t sociable as she just said hi, took my order and came back to her work. No smile from her. Plus, there was no seating inside this Jamba Juice. There were only 2 tables and 4 chairs outside.
I’d come back to this place if I happened to be in this area and craved for some green juice.

In the same plaza as the Chipotle and Kickin Crab so it’s not a hard place to find. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. Went up to the cashier and she just looked at me. Didn’t say a word or anything so I just told her what I wanted and she told me my total and that was all she said to me.
What I got:
Aloha Pineapple: strawberry, banana, and pineapple sherbet. Couldn’t taste the pineapple and the strawberry and banana taste wasn’t strong at all.
Pink Star: secret menu item. I always get this drink and I’m usually never disappointed. This place didn’t disappoint either. It was sweet and tasted like a pink starburst!
Service:
It could have been so much better. The place wasn’t crowded at all. Workers barely said a word to me and among themselves and seem to just stare you up and down if you asked them anything. Drinks were made pretty quick though, but other than that… smile a little!
