This place sucks. The manager there try to double mark my fresh 20 bill that i had just pulled out of my bank and then try to say it was fake. Then this manager try to claim my 20 saying she wasn’t going to give it back wtf! I snatch my 20 out of here hand you jamba juice employees don’t have the right to confensigate anyone money fake or not stick with making juice. Your not professional counter fitter screener. So to the manager who was working on 05÷26÷16 @ 7am kiss my ass I would never go to your store after that and I hope you read this blog. I also filed a complaint to your corporate office.

Tried the new pitaya bowl and the banana was completely rotten, a brown mushy mess. The worst thing is I know the lady saw it because she had to cut it up to put in the bowl. Sticking to nectar down the street.

I just had a Acai bowl. It was very refreshing and delicious. It’s a little sweet for me but it is just me that I don’t like anything too sweet but it would be perfect for everybody else. Next time I will request without honey. The environment is very clean and pleasant

Jamba juice always saves me when I want something fruity. I got the acai bowl here and it was pretty good. It was a bit pricy for the amount they give you, but it still works for me :-)
The acai bowl comes with granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and a swirl of honey! Yummy in the tummy.
The staff are pleasant, and this location is nice and clean.

The employees were very welcoming and helpful. I’m very happy with my purchase today! The smoothie was very delicious.

Jamba Juice! This is my favorite location! I always order the carribbean passion and ask for thick because with the new cups, my drinks melt so quickly!

Jamba juice is always really good, although somewhat unhealthy but it’s ok! Treat yoself once and a while haha. Anyway service here is really good!
I always get the red gummi off the secret menu! So good!
Parking kinda sucks here though.

I frequent here and always get a Spinach and Cheese wrap in the morning and usually a fresh squeezed juice. Today I had a large Apple & Greens Smoothie and it was awesome! Great way to start off the day. The staff here greeted me on the way in. They also have a points monitor on the front counter you just have to type in your phone number.

This was my first time at this Jamba Juice Location.
Customer service was great. I wanted a boost and usually the boosts are free (where I went to in the valley) but here it was charged 25 cents which was ridiculous but the friendly employee listened to my concern and then gave me a free boost due to my reward points.

hey guys I wanted to report and ask to everyone out there a question.
I usually frequent jamba juice at different locations but this is closest to me so I go here a lot.
about a couple of years back, say about 2012’ish, I went here to try out their wheat grass shots. i dont remember the exact date and time well my girl friend and I are health freaks and was interested in seeing if this hype is all about. well I drank it all up being it was the size of an alcoholic shot but with green grass.
after about 30 minutes I my stomach started to hurt. then after another 45 minutes I started to throw up violently. I had assumed that It was just not something that my stomach was used to. my gf didn’t have the exact same symptoms as I did. my assumption is that it was just me. she is actually much healthier than I.
after a course of months which turned into a year and then some, I noticed that I was getting very tired. I didn’t contribute this problem with my wheatgrass experience. I started to also get symptoms of B12 /​magnesium deficiency. such as dry skin, dandruff, weak nails, non-​regenerating muscles, fatigue, tiredness all day, brain fog, (really long list) etc… again at the time I had no clue what it is that is doing all this. as this got worse I ended up getting an ulcer which made me take drastic measures.
after going to many doctors and G.I. specialist whom couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I finally researched my symptoms and asked the doctors to test me for a bacteria. the bacteria was contracted at this particular jamba juice store. I did search for a similar problem and found a report of a similar problem with drinking wheat grass shots. it caused that person the same vomiting reaction.
what I got was a bacteria called H-​pylori.
how this happens? if you research it, the bacteria lives in feces and wheat grass is basically grass which needs manure/​fertilizer to grow. to keep wheat grass fresh they have patches in the store. the problem is that if the grass is not kept really cold the bacteria will tend to grow.
to make you the drink they don’t wash the grass. they use lemon. well lemon can only do so much and its not like they put that much into the shot either.
so basically I drank pure H-​pylori… and yes my GF also contracted H-​pylori. her symptoms are not as drastic as mine but she did get tire, fatigue, etc. after I had discovered my problem I had her tested for it too and was treated.
H-​pylori is very difficult to cure as I have been on treatment and still continue to have weaker symptoms.
my question: has anyone had the wheat grass at around that time and have symptoms like these I have mentioned? feel free to contact me if you do.

This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Jamba Juice!
Every once in awhile I get my veggie fix via a smoothie and go to JJ so I don’t feel too guilty for everything else that I eat LOL! Now on the other hand my sister Alexis B, drinks green smoothies every day LOL ^_​^
After I ordered my bagel a few doors down at Einstein’s my sister wanted a wrap from Jamba Juice and I went in to get something to drink, immediately we were greeted by such a friendly staff! Luckily we were the only people so they spent a lot of time with me, walking me through the menu. I asked about a certain drink and they gave me open suggestions, I really appreciated that rather than me buying a drink that I hate and is so bitter, they made me a drink that was custom to my taste buds! I really like sweet drinks and not having to taste my veggies LOL!
I ordered the Tropical Greens it normally comes with apples, pineapple, chia seeds, and spinach but I hate chia seeds and not much of a fan of pineapple so they added more apples to make it sweeter for me and it was delicious! I drank all of it! They really wanted to make sure I liked my drink and asked me to taste it before I left to make sure it was good and if it wasn’t they would gladly make me something else!
Another awesome thing one of the employees named Reina (I’m not sure if she was a manager but she was on point and knew everything so I assumed she was a manager) she came from around the counter and told me about their Insider rewards program, I wasn’t sure if I had signed up so I entered my phone number in and I had a $ 3.00 off coupon!
Whoever is running this location they are doing an excellent job at training their employees, its more than just making smoothies and juice, its about customer service and getting to know your customers and they excelled at that for myself and went above and beyond for me.
I’m definitely coming back again to this location, they made me feel like a VIP!

Dropped by this place last night due to my frantic thirst for freshly squeezed OJ!
After getting my burritos from chipotle, I was going to Unilocal but I saw the Jamba Juice sign across the place so I dropped by. The parking was seriously bad. I can’t say how horrible it was. Bc I wasn’t able to find any parkings upfront, I went to the back– to the dark shady place. Was bit scared bc it was all dark and yeah.
I went in– I was immediately greeted despite the fact that there was only 2 girls working and lots of customers. One girl was making juices and the other one was also making juices but also multi tasking with taking orders. I kinda felt bad for these girls working frantically, being all sweaty.
I ordered freshly squeezed orange juice large size which is 28oz for $ 6.39 roughly around 7 dollars. And also small Island Strawberry refresher smoothie– it was advertizing so I was wondering what it taste like.
The wait was bit long and annoying if you ask me, I appreciate these girls working hard and quickly as they can, but I was getting bit irritated.
Got my OJ– quenched down my thirst for OJ it was so yummmy!
the other drinks I ordered– it was too sweet.
Anyways even though it was overall good experience, I won’t be coming back unless I can’t stand my thirst again. Because I found more affordable place to get juices with quick service! Check out Juice Station!

Jamba juice! Perfect for any hot weather.
I use to love this place before Boba and Tea houses took over Orange County. I came in here during my lunch break to pick up some quick drink/​dessert for myself. I always go with the Caribbean Passion with an added booster of either energy or protein. In my honest opinion, I’m starting to believe that Jamba Juice is getting too sweet for my taste. I know they use both fresh fruits and ice cream to make their smoothie. For someone who is working pretty hard to cut back some excessive weight, Jamba Juice isn’t really the ideal place to go to.
Expect to spend anything around $ 5 for a cup of smoothie here. The place is normally crowded especially on a hot day. Good for your spirit and good for your soul, but definitely good for you!
Tip:
–Parking can get pretty bad in this plaza
–Congested in a small area

–Standard Jamba Juice store with good service and friendly staff, located right beside Starbucks and Chick-​a file in Huntington Beach (I know the address says Westminster but it’s actually in HB).
–Clean store and has few seating available both indoor and outdoor.
–Seasonal flavours: If you are a fan of Eggnog, they have the new Eggnog jubilee smoothie
–Want a free Smoothie? The store has signs for «buying a $ 25 gift card and earn a free smoothie, or if you pay by ISIS mobile wallet».
–Jamba kids meal: They have the grab & go kids meals. I personally try to avoid anything that’s not fresh, especially the Pizza swirl or stuffed pretzel-​They don’t look fresh & probably have sat in the food counter for sometime.
–Email club: you can join their email club and enjoy the perks like-​1^st 16oz smoothie for $ 2 + B’day perks. Their email club is not as generous and rewarding like Starbucks or others but at-​least it’s a little something rather then nothing at all!

I tend to stop by here when driving north on Beach Boulevard because coming into this location while driving in the opposite direction is nearly impossible. Furthermore, due to the high level of traffic that Beach Boulevard entertains, and the bagel and Starbucks store next door, there is very little parking. Ergo, three stars.
I have always found this location to have a friendlier staff than other locations, perhaps because there isn’t a line every time I’m here (during the day). The drinks here are consistent, well-​blended, especially when I get the mango-​a-​go-​gos or wheat grass shots. The menu is what you’ve always expected, and the drinks are what you’ve received if you’ve ever been to one of these joints.

Brain Freeze!
I came here to get a Caribbean Passion. Yum! The guy ringing me up was very helpful and knowledgeable. My drink was made quickly and was delicious. There is a another jamba juice located very nearby inside Bella Terra but this is my preferable location. Staff is much better here.
