Jamba Juice

Just letting everyone know, this place says closed at 10pm. There’s no hours of operations posted, and I was here at 9:05pm. I can’t really give a good or bad review, but I have to rate it… Meh, I guess I’m not missing out on much, saved me money ^_^

5 star for excellent service. The cashier Abraham was really nice and help me with signing up Jamba reward program so I can get the discount right away. However, the guy that made my drinks didn’t do a good job. I got Caribbean passion and it was very bland and wasn’t blended well. There were chunks of fruits in my drink. It would be 3 stars for drink quality

The battle is on… Jamba or Robeks… I’m a junky for peanut butter and chocolate. So Sam at the HB Jamba Juice… is awesome. Sweet and amazing. Best customer service. Ever. So this is going to be short and simple. This spot is great with customer. Go now. go forever

Returned the citrus kick complained about everything being watered down
Got a Citrus squeeze the charge was refunded it was not watered down
it still did not taste right.

I always get the aloha pineapple smoothie with a tomato cheese twist, right before heading to the beach. Great way to start your day and so yummy!

Been here three times.
The first time, my juice was way too runny.
The second time it was icy.
I JUST got one that had absolutely NO flavor.
The inconsistency is pretty disappointing, especially since you pay almost 6 dollars for a medium nowadays.
I’ll be going to the location on Westminster from now on. It sucks, cuz this one was so close to my school. Oh well.

Went here this morning and it is everything that you can and should expect from a Jamba Juice. Not too long of a wait, several menu options, and tasty!

Clean store is first and foremost important which they have covered. The service was expedient and the girl taking my order was on my order quick and it was a custom order asking for a dole whip flavor which does not exist even on the secret menu. The drink was complete and it was amazing five stars.

Very very disappointed. Jamba Juice has gone way downhill. The manager who was making the smoothies stopped before blending our smoothies and began to conduct an interview in-​store. Meanwhile, the girl at the register had no idea what was going on. After about 20 min of waiting for 2 smoothies, and watching about 4 people come and go, I finally asked the girl, what’s up with ours?! She apologized, and finished our smoothies, but mine wasnt even blended! (See attached photo). Terrible service and I’m most upset at the manager who completely ignored us and our smoothies. I am never going back to a Jamba Juice.

This is a nice Jamba Juice location in the middle of the Bella Terra outdoor shopping center. While the family was doing some shopping I had to make a stop to get some refreshments. We picked up our usual razzmatazz :-)
Here’s what I liked…
* The smoothie was made just the way we requested it.
* The service was very pleasant and friendly.
* The store patrons are friendly. I had two people who held the door open for me and my family at Bella Terra. It’s so awesome that people like this still exist (although becoming more rare these days.).
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Parking is usually crowded. But this is what to expect when going to a popular shopping center.
* I’ll say what people already know as a stereotype, but there is a grain of truth to it. To my fellow Asian brothers and sisters (especially the one’s who just stepped off of the boat), you need to get some manners and learn how to drive better. You are the only ones who don’t stop for pedestrians crossing the road and are totally rude. I’m NOT saying everyone, but you know who you are. Step up your game, get some manners so you don’t make the rest of us look so bad :-) ha ha ha…
Drinks = great (as expected)
Seating area = clean (as expected)
Service = Very friendly transaction with a smile :-)
Restroom = didn’t see any

Quick and efficient after the guy in the back saw me waiting to order. It’s located in a very busy Bella Terra, so sometimes parking can be difficult. At first it was hard to find since I went at night. Their Jamba Juice sign wasn’t lit up very well.
Once I’ve gotten what I ordered then it was a breeze. Will come back to this one if I was ever around the area again.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. The women making the drinks were slow and seemed more concerned about chatting with one another than getting drinks out to the lobby packed full of people. Not to mention the woman handing off the drinks would repeatedly grab the cups with her fingers inside the cup. GROSS. This is after she’s been touching the counter, blender, and her dirty apron.
When I revived my smoothie it had the consistency of a juice. I asked if they could thicken it up a bit and both women seemed annoyed and bothered with my request to have my drink the way it is supposed be. After they added some ingredients to thicken it up, the woman puts it in the cup and simply says, with an attitude, «better?»
This store is a joke.

I ordered a medium tropical green with:
1. 2 times the extra Kale
2. extra 4 ounces carrots juice
3. daily vitamins
4. And antioxidant
And guess what I’m still getting the same size medium, what is the point of me buying the extra stuff and still getting a medium WTF… should you add more Kale, 4 ounces of carrots juice and vitamins. …i know for sure if you added all those it wouldn’t fit a medium drink. …it’s impossible. …
I told the girl why am i still getting the exact same size when i paid for a lot of extra stuff. …she showed me * this is a small size. … and yours a medium*…well .i paid extra money to get extra stuff. … she said here’s some leftover you want it? What she showed me was barely any leftover.. maybe an ounce left.
Let’s do the math: extra 4 ounces of carrots juice. 2 times extra Kale, and vitamins. …That’s well over 5 ounces.
THEY CHEATED! I paid for extra, I’m expecting extra.
Will never come back here.
The reason I’m here cuz I’m taking my niece to hang out around here at bella terra.

I come here during my lunch on morning shifts when I’m craving something fruity and healthy. Their acai bowls are all so good. All of the fruit tastes fresh and the granola tastes nice and crunchy. I had their carrot muffin for the first time and I fell in love. It’s pretty small but it’s filling when you have a smoothie to finish as well. I can never seem to finish my acai bowl but I really like that they serve you enough so you can get what you pay for. I was really really craving a mango a go go one day but they didn’t have one of the ingredients to make it so I had to get something else. Big bummer. Customer service was good. Good luck with parking.

The workers must be having a party in the back on a Friday night. In a busy plaza like Bella Terra why is there only one blender working in the front while the rest are just chilling in the back? Late for my movie showing and bitter about it bc this jamba juice didn’t know that people were actually waiting
District manager get your act together and train your employees.

Jamba Juice is always refreshing on a hot day! I really like this location better than most because they know what drinks you’re talking about! Other places say they don’t have the drinks or don’t know what that is, but this place has most of the secret menu drinks I ask for.
If you’re into refreshing tangy and sweet, I recommend Caribbean passion! I really like the orange sorbet in it! The other day I replaced the orange sorbet with pineapple sorbet instead and it was alright. Always get the Caribbean passion with orange sorbet!
If you’re going for a sweet and creamy drink, get white gummy :) they add ice cream in it! Or fruity rocks! It’s super yummy.

For a franchise, I assume the service would be outstanding. Because you’ve already proven yourself on the product. or else it wouldnt be a franchise. Am i right? So the only thing you should perfect is your attitude.
Walked in. No one is at the front. is this even professional. Absolutely no one. I could just rob you. Still waiting. hello? Then some dude pranced around from the back like hes saw a ghost. oh hey whats up. recognize me? A customer. Whatevers. All Jambas the same, no sense in going to this one if the service is mediocre! Good job district manager on your trained employees!

Just came here after a long time of not visiting… I’m so glad I did. The girls in here are super sweet, it makes me feel happy even being here! Got busy fast though, but the wait wasn’t long. 4 minutes tops. Everyone was in and out. Their manners for making smoothies are very clean too, I’m that person that watches how they make the food lol I don’t take any chances. Will definitely be coming again. Thanks for making my experience a good one!

You usual jamba juice… but I had ginger shot this time and man… that burn my mouth… this is no joke, don’t do it unless your body is weak… other than that the juice cup sizes are getting smalller and prices are going up…

I work just up the street and decided to stop in a few days ago since I was in HB and on my way to work.
First off: parking sucks because it shares a parking lot with all of the other stores in the mall. But once you go inside, you’re greeted by the staff, and it wasn’t the «hi welcome to _​_​_​» that I usually get from workers who seem unenergized and bored. They were nice and made my drink perfect. I got the Orange C-​Boost smoothie which was absolutely heavenly!
I also came here when it was pretty busy, and I was running late (not my best judgement). So I was stressing that I was going to have to run out of the door before I got my drink! Totally kidding, but I was really surprised by how fast the line was going, and it was BUSY! They were busting out drinks left and right. Overall, the customer service rocked, my drink was good, and I got it in no time. Will definitely have to make more stops here before heading to work.
