AWFUL customer service, when you ask them a question they just stare at you, almost to get you to just say nevermind. They isn’t even thank us. The girl Rosy or Rosario is very rude and unfriendly.

Service is bad, i got charged twice for my order they refused to refund me and told me to come back when manger is here!!! The employee dont even smile to you and always seems upset

I don’t like the customer service here. My friend ordered her combo and I asked for the same thing. Then I asked him what do you recommend here and he was just too focused on finishing the order, he asked lettuce and tomato? That was understandable, Maybe he didn’t hear me or he just wanted to finish my order. I said yes. The only upsetting thing about him was that he sounded upset the whole time. From the moment my friend order her food to when I ordered mine. If I wasn’t hungry, I would have passed on ordering from the start.

Hungry for food in Westminster mall… and don’t know where to go?
I thought I would stop at the food court since it’s easy… I was overwhelmed with choices, but decided I wanted fries and this is one of the few places in here that actually serves them.
While ordering, I noticed that they had a VEGETARIAN philly sandwich — — sign me up!
…or not — it’s a greasy gross mess (I guess maybe the meat usually soaks up the grease…) and I didn’t even eat ½ of it :(…and with the fries and water to drink, it ended up being over $ 7.
However, the dry part of the bread was very good, the fries were great, and the girl at the counter was adorable and friendly (so that’s why it got two stars instead of one).
Wouldn’t come back except for fries. Next time, I will try the Ramen place or Mongolian place.

This is a pretty decent Philly Cheese joint.
The Philly Cheese steak seems small for a pricy cheese steak. BUT The bread is fresh! And they add fresh onions and peppers etc. The meat is good too.
What makes this place great is… THERE BACON CHEESE FRIES! Add some vinegar to it… BAM! AWESOME
I’d choose this place out of the other places at the mall.

Cheddar bacon fries~ Delish.
Great little place to eat if you’re STARVING but don’t wanna dish out 20+ bucks for an actual steak meal. This is a great substitute… don’t expect grade A meat and prestine whole wheat bread and that junk. Charley’s is a fast food junk food joint. Expect the grease!

Cheese steak sandwich: The bread is well toasted :) Beef is a bit stinky. It’s not good ;(

I used to come here all the time when I was a kid and always got a kid’s meal (which I don’t think they have anymore) or split a regular cheesesteak (with no tomatoes!) with my sister.
They toast the french bread and cook everything on the grill in front of you. Even the fries are awesome because they fry them up right after you order them, so no heat lamp craziness!
The menu lists the (kilo)caloric content for everything, so beware of the yummy cheesy fries with bacon bits! Those pack 800‑1200 calories!

They will cook it exactly the way you want it and it’s quite tasty. I eat here whenever I’m at this mall. It could have just slightly more flavor but it’s great food and filling.

I was not impressed…
I had an expensive steak salad… the tiny steak strips were tough and not very tasty… they reminded my of shoe leather. The lettuce was wilted as well. Stick to Lee’s Sandwiches next door…
