As my 2^nd year with renting my storage, it’s been my pleasure of having a place closed to work and home. Great customer service, nice and clean. The manager, Betty was excellent and went above and beyond to help me when needed. I would recommend this self storage place to friends and families. Love this place!

The last time I went to a storage place, I didn’t have a good experience. The place was disgusting. I was so surprised when I went to this one, Beach Blvd. Self Storage. IT WAS VERY VERY CLEAN!!! No disgusting smell either.
The best part was the manager, Betty Davis. She went above and beyond to help my mom and I. I went there with the goal of downsizing my mom’s storage unit — after two trips to goodwill to donate a lot of my mom’s stuffs and separated the papers for recycle and trash, my mom went to Betty to ask if she has a smaller unit. Betty said yes. She showed it to me and then I showed her what else we have left in the big storage. I told her that if I can dump the trash somewhere and not have to take them with me, I will be able to put more of my mom’s things in my car to bring home; hence, boxes I will leave in the storage should fit in the small unit. Betty mentioned that she can dump them in the waste bin there — she came with the cart and collected them, I was then able to put more things in my car, stacked the boxes in the small unit like tetris (as suggested by Betty) and IT WORKED!!! The small unit will save my mom $ 20 a month…
Not only was Betty helpful, she has a sweet personality, she was talking to my mom like she’s known her for a long time. She treated my mom (who is 79) with respect and kindness. I was very impressed!!!

As my 4+ years here is coming to an end, it’s bitter sweet to say goodbye. I’ve recommended friends and family over the years. I’ve NEVER had a problem. It’s clean and professional.
I’ve made friends with the all of the branches that would co sub here and developed a special relationship with the then co manager/​now manager Betty. I could of moved months ago, but the customer service is what kept me staying a little longer. I can still visit since my relative still has a unit :)
This storage is fair and doesn’t screw you over. It’s better pricing than the competitors and great security.
I would come back here if I ever need a unit again.

Great Storage facility!
Super nice — always! They even provide large flat bed carts to help haul (especially was great because my unit was on the second floor).
Did I mention that the management are truly nice people?! It’s much better hauling stuff when there are not awful people behind the desk.

Availability was great, process was quick. Betty was a great help! Called and got the storage all set up in less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

Great self storage facility. Ann and Betty run the the front office. They are absolutely wonderful. They are nice, caring, fun, professional and display excellent customer service skills. The place is clean, easy parking, very secure with alarms/​cameras, great music and I feel safe there. Plus great rates. I recommended a co-​worker rent there and she is another satisfied customer.

This is best storage where your belongings will be safely lock away and secured. The staff here are really friendly with kind and care. I would recommend to anybody!

I’ve been searching and searching for the right storage place. I was recommended here which is the best ever! The space and price is just right. Betty is so awesome! She explained everything that needed to be said and answered all the questions that I had. I feel that she cares for the customers and not only just trying to sell the storage space.
