Great Place, delicious fruits! Love this place.

The seller was dishonest and pushed me into buying their old and stale mangosteens. Deliberately she misrepresented and assured me that the one she chose were ripe and perfect when I requested for the fresher looking ones. I trusted their recommendations, expertise and honesty but it turned out to be a total disappointment. Be careful with your purchase.

They probably have the best selection freshest looking tropical fruits in the area, but the seller are not honest. Very pushy and if you ever have any issues are catch them in a lie, they’ll blatantly ignore you. Buyer beware

I bought durian from here a few weeks ago. I brought it home and opened it. The fruit was full of MOLD inside. I came back today to let them know about it and they just ignored me and gave me attitude. They didn’t want to hear what I had to say. They are not honest. They are only nice when they try to sell you. Do not buy anything from these crooked ladies.

Sellers are helpful, but didn’t like how pushy they are in making you buy their fruits/​products.

Oh my goodness… so this place has the worst customer service. Buy your fruits elsewhere. Buyers beware, you’ll get bad fruits. If you do purchase it, please have the owner open the batch of box on the spot for you to inspect. My brother and sister in-​law bought fruits from them a few months ago and they were bringing it back to Utah for a wedding and when they opened the «fresh box» of mang cau the entire batch was bad. This was $ 30.00 per box. We called out and the lady said she was sorry and that what we bought it as it and there’s no return and they can’t do anything about it. Last week, my mom was going to Utah to attend a wedding and usually she would bring fruits over. This time she had forgotten about the situation a few months ago and bought fruits from this store again and the same thing happened. The batch of fruits she bought was bad!!! She just arrived home today and came out there to let Ba Tu know what happened and she again told my mom that she couldn’t do anything and would give her a $ 5.00 discount haha. My mom told her to keep the money, what kind of service is that? Such a slap in the face. On top of that! This lady was my mom’s boss a few years back. She used to own a restaurant a long time ago and my mom worked for her. She knows my mom doesn’t lie and still treats her like a total stranger. I guess this place does not care about customer service.
