When I walked into 3dxi for the first time I was not greeted — instead the person at the front desk sat silently playing World of Warcraft on a giant TV, with earbuds in. I proceeded to walk around the lobby, trying to get the employee to notice he had a customer — moving towards the PC area, back out into the lobby, and near the front desk — No acknowledgement whatsoever. At this point, it was clear the employee wasn’t going to do his job, so I started to walk out — It bugged me enough, that before walking out the door I confronted the employee about it. I said something along the lines of, «You might get more customers if you actually greeted them, or talked to them» — I was met with an attitude-filled flippant response, turning the blame back onto me, and telling me I wasn’t in a place to vocalize a complaint. Do not come here. Go to Clutch Gaming Arena or somewhere else instead, if you’re wanting to go to a LAN center in this area.
