Kendall & Associates commenced operations in February of 2015 and we serve the personnel related needs of firms in L.A. County and beyond.

Business Owner

Kendall Durand is the founder and leader of Kendall & Associates, a professional recruitment services firm based in Westlake Village, CA. Prior to starting his own firm, Kendall worked for approximately three years as a recruitment consultant for a corporate staffing firm, during which time he quickly became recognized as one of his firm’s best recruiters. He has also published a small E-​book on the staffing/​recruiting industries, which is designed as a career guide for professionals who may be considering careers in the staffing or recruiting businesses. Beyond his qualifications, Kendall has a true passion for helping clients and job seekers meet their workforce solutions needs and career goals, respectively.
