I went here with my friend. I got a gel fill with shellac manicure. my friend received a spa pedi. First off the spa was very clean and sanitary. 5 stars on that. my friend is happy with her pedi mainly because of the clean equipment and tools. However the communication was very poor. I had a difficult time explaining what I wanted. The price is fair but just the next day my nails started to chip. I went back to have them repaired and the nail tech tried to offer many excuses. Which none where there fault but mine. After he repaired the chipping they lasted one week before starting to chip again. I have had this happen in the past from different spas sometimes it seems to be the color or brand. I understand this happens but please don’t blame me. for that I only give them 3 Stars.

I went there today and I’m very happy I did. The salon is clean and I had a really nice pedi/mani and they gave me a little massage with both. I have been to other salons in this area and they didn’t offer little massages with their mani/pedis. I am happy with the service and I will visit them again.

Appalled at the customer service I received today. Arrived well before closing time for a pedicure.(3 hours before) I was told I had to wait 15 minutes because they were understaffed and busy. This was fine, things happen. While waiting I watched the owner argue with multiple customers about poor service. Even following a customer out to the parking lot, yelling… After finally being seated, I decided I’d like to receive the hot stone pedicure. I was told I could not have this because they were too busy and it would take too long. Ok. I said I would settle for the quicker $ 5 callus removal add on then, they refused to do this as well. I understood they were busy so I said fine. Then I watched as the people to my right threatened to leave if they weren’t able to upgrade and of course he let them have it. If that wasn’t unfair enough, my $ 30 pedicure took all of 7 minutes(that may even be a stretch) This included removing my polish, a short rub and applying new polish. No cutting of my cuticles, exfoliation, filing. Nothing. Then I was quickly escorted to the drying station where I was told next time maybe I should make an appointment if I wanted a better service, $ 30 please. Seriously? Complete waste of time, I will not be returning. Sunshine nails is 110% better.

King Nails is definitely clean, and they do an OK job, but communication is seriously lacking. My technician was way too aggressive on my cuticles, and cut me twice without apology. The skill was there, but I’ve had better manicures and pedicures for much less.

A wonderful experience there yesterday with my 8 year old daughter. Amazing pedicure but what stood out was the long foot massage and then neck and back massage. Heaven. This is my new go to place. Friendly. Great selection of opi polish in color order and clean!

Although this place looks clean and nice inside, I find the treatment to be the complete opposite. Appointments mean absolutely nothing to these people so don’t waste your time planning a day around it. They will take as many clients as possible no matter what appointments were made, which makes the wait way too long. I took my mother on Mother’s Day for a pedicure, appointment made, and they refused to let us choose a spa package EVEN a callus remover(which takes 3 – 5 minutes), because they had too many clients. What am I paying you good money for to be rushed, and not get what I want in the end. The attitudes are not friendly from most of the workers, however some are pleasant. My nails often come out looking like I did them myself because they rush and the experience is not enjoyable. Save your money !

I’m sitting a the salon wondering what I said last time I was here and realized how wrong I was. Their mani pedis are consistently fabulous and the lengthy foot and back runs are better than anywhere else I’ve been. Another perk is you hardly ever have to wait for an appointment! I think I’ve been here twenty times in the past three years and has to wait once. They have a decent color section including a wide variety of gel colors. I’m a big fan of the neon colors available in the standard polish. Also the prices are pretty low. A mani pedi is $ 40 for a regular or $ 60 for regular pedi and a gel mani. Not to shabby!

The mani /pedi was good. Sometimes they seem to rush through. I agree that the shoulder message is a wonderful treat. I get the distinct feeling that they are talking about the customers while they are working. The English/Chinese language barrier can impact communication and services.

Got a shellac manicure here with my friend yesterday. Great service, super nice staff, average prices, clean place. They even give you a nice shoulder massage while your nails are drying! My only complaint is that when I go to get my nails done with someone, I typically like to sit next to them, and we could not have been seated farther apart. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place!

clean, lots of chairs, very busy, but no real wait. nice looking crowd of customers, typical :“no english being spoken here”, but they sure did a good shellac french manicure on my daughter and a great pedicure on myself. After having our nails done in many many dirty salons we can’t wait to go again to their clean, bright high quality salon. I would give it 5 stars if they spoke more english. I especially dislike when the entire crew and staff sit and talk amongst themselves in their own language. It is just a bit dis-ingenuios. The signs are all in English — especially the signs that say PAYTIPINCASH. Anyshway!!! — Good place!

Ok, i’ll start by saying that having a «Pedi»(or whatever it’s called) combined with the awesome leg massage with hot stones was just what the Dr ordered! My wife treated me to an hour of relaxation. of course she partook as well(cough, nice move honey, lol) but time well spent together. i digress. the staff was very helpful and understood i was out of my element. the lady that took care of my feed and calf’s had some of the best hands and attention to detail that I’ve seen. No pain, No spot un-touched. the heat stones were a nice touch as well. after the legs were done i was surprised with a heated towel shoulder massage — which i found out is standard. about the only thing i could complain about was that i did ask to have the relaxation chair massage but i may not have been clear as to my request so no harm no foul. Next time maybe. My wife swears by this place and as a first time guest i’d agree they know exactly what there doing. The atmosphere was calm and very welcoming. always a plus for me when i tag along with the wife… lol i cant comment on the manicure and/or any other service they provide — wasn’t going there.
