I came here mid-week, to make a payment on my account. When I entered the store there were two Service Reps, one was sitting on the ground playing on her phone, the other was behind his desk just staring at a computer screen. No one asked to help me, and I was the ONLY one in the store. I had to say«excuse me» and ask if there was a kiosk where I could pay my bill. No kiosk. Finally the guy behind the desk said he could help. It took him 10 minutes to pull up my account info. The girl stayed on the floor, playing with her phone the entire time I was there. I can only imagine if someone would’ve asked for a manager, what would happen then? Geez. Horrible service.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I would give this place negative stars, if I could. Walked in and the only girl working there was so rude and unprofessional. We were like, «sorry to bother you». We felt like walking right back out! Do not give this place your business, it’s not worth it.

I walked into this place after arriving at LAX wanting to buy a SIM card for my phone to use while in the country for a week. The attendant opened up my phone and removed the battery without asking permission, then said they didn’t have any such SIMs in stock. She said if I had a car I could go to another AT&T store and get one. She didn’t mention that 2 doors down the road was a Radio Shack selling exactly what I wanted(AT&T brand SIMS, even).

I love this store I had so many issues with my phone/account but the staff here was really helpful saved an at&t customer from switching. Christian the manager was awesome and completely helpful the whole staff was amAzing I will ALWAYS come to the store ! :-*

Crap service! I finally got my iPhone 4 in the mail this week. I started to set it up and it wasn’t working. I couldn’t figure out why. Since this store is a few minutes away from me, I thought I might as well come in with my phone and get help in setting it up. Right when I walk in, one of the staffers ask why I was coming in and I said that I was having issues with my iPhone 4. I have never had an iPhone before so I needed help setting it up. Immediately, he told me to go home and just call customer service. Um, what? I told him that since I’m already in the store… can’t I just get help now? He said that I would have to wait because he can’t do that. I take a seat and I wait for someone else to help. Some other lady rudely asked why I was there and I said the same concern. She tells the guy that was originally«helping» me to set up my phone. Um, ok? I guess he now can set up a phone since he was told to? Well, turns out he wasn’t able to even after looking at my account because I needed the box that the phone came in. He said to go home and give them a call and ask for him or for someone else. I go back home and give them a call. I’m placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally, I speak with one of the people that I was told to ask for. She says to just call customer service. I explain to her that I was just there and I was told to call and ask for her. She said that she needs to help 2 other customers and to give me a number so she can call me back. I ask her if I should just go back to the store and wait in line again if that would be easier. With an attitude, she said that I can do whatever I want. To avoid another trip over there, I ask for her to call back. Well, she never did. Luckily, I was able to eventually get my phone working without their help. Will never go back here again!
