My Aunt and I just came back from a great experience. Our server Alex was very kind and our food came out very quickly. Great staff and great food. Definitely recommend it to families who want a quick bite to eat.

Me and my fiancée had another wonderful experience. Fast service and very friendly staff. I love coming here for dinner.

This place is ok… the Food was fair. Customer service was very poor. Needs some customer service classes.

Ihop pancakes have gotten even better. Red velvet pancakes are amazing. The best pancake though is the new cupcake pancake. So perfect. The red velvet crêpe is ok but I think the cream cheese kills it. Service was excellent. Food came quick. This has a convenient parking lot also.

I went in alone to have a quick and satisfying breakfast and that is what I received. So pleased with the quick service of my waitress. I have been here several times and have only had good experiences. I am so happy about that

Went to this IHOP today, party of 5. Service is terrible! Ordered grilled cheese for one kid, wasn’t even melted. Sent it back in, came out, looked the same. We all didn’t eat until everyone had their food. By that time, our food was cold. And after eating, finally got my toast that I like to eat my eggs with. Didn’t even bother. The toast was unbuttered, hard and cold. And finally the butter came to the table. Maybe it was a busy day. It wasn’t server fault, as server mentioned. Server just brings out what kitchen makes.

This is the worst ihop I have ever been to. And I have been to many across the states. So extremely dissatisfied with the service here from moment I walked in the door.
First. Walked in. Waited 25 minutes for seating in a 90% empty restaurant
Second. Dining room floor was dirty. Filthy. Kind of unacceptable for a near empty restaurant.
Once seated, we has to ask for a children’s menu with crayons since we had a toddler who needed distracting. They never brought them. We had to go to the front of restaurant and get it ourselves.
Next I ordered soft scrambled eggs and streak tips with no onions and mushrooms. My daughter ordered Swedish pancakes.
My eggs came, eggs were brown, omelet brown. Steak loaded with onions. My daughter’s pancakes had no lingonberry butter. We asked the waitress to have the kitchen fix our plate. And also to please send the butter. She never came with butter. We also weren’t given enough utensils for the table.
When she came back with the eggs and steak, they just picked onions out and the eggs were the same. If I wanted to pick onions out I would’ve done it myself. I had to call the manager. She came took the plate, replaced it and still the food was incorrect.
At the end of the meal the manager deducted 50% off of one plate? After you had my plate go back 2x and I had to eat it 40 min after the rest of my family was done. I’m disgusted. The waitress never came back after the first plate was wrong
Honestly, I would never ever come back here ever again. Horrible experience. Doesn’t even deserve one star

There’s good and there’s bad to this review.
Good: food is decent for a chain. The pancakes are delicious and the BLT which I ordered was wonderful. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food.
Bad: the visit started off on the wrong foot when we walked in and waited for what seemed an inordinate amount of time simply to be acknowledged. Then, they tried to sit us at a table that was clearly too small for the number of people in our party. The host was annoyed that we asked for a larger table and told US to put two tables together.
Then the cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be mentioned. The floor was dirty. The menus sticky. The bathroom has toilet paper scattered all over.
Our server was friendly and attentive, although it took entirely too long to get the check. So much do we considered just walking out.
Overall it was OK. Not great, not horrible… just ok.

I know what youre thinking. 5 stars for a chain restaurant that’s been opened for a while…
BUT listen up!
It was an unlimited pancake day that a group of maybe 30ish people went in for. We had gotten the whole back section and had a bunch of tables combined to form one long one (kind of like the highschool cafeteria tables).
We were served by one waitress, her name was Melissa, I believe. She was on point with everything, she had demonstrated one of the most kind and respectful, yet playful attitude towards our group. Laughing, joking, and smiling all the way. Working alone to dish out unlimited pancakes isn’t an easy thing to do. However she got it done and nobody had any complaints.
In Fact we were all very grateful that she was our server for the night.
Food was SUPER delicious, maybe because we were hungry, but still good. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered, til the point of departure.
Bacon and eggs were on fleek!

I really enjoy coming to this place on Sunday’s, even tho it’s Sunday and everyone is off and nobody wants to cook and just want to go get breakfast with the family this place does get busy quickly but they have a fast working staff and get people in and out & great customer service with everyone, friendly & attentive. The place is also pretty spacious compared to other small compacted Ihops lol you don’t have people hearing your conversations next to you. I’ll recommend this ihop to anyone.

A very good IHOP in a very busy location. I went at 7 in the morning on Sunday so did not have to wait very long.
The food was great and the wait time was minimal and the food was brought out quickly. Quality of food was also excellent. Service and staff were superb, again I did not go at it peak rush hour times so I had a very pleasant experience. It’s in a busy shopping location so a great break from whatever you might be doing. I highly recommend to people in the area, this is a good IHOP.

About as good as your gonna get in any IHOP. Don’t go in expecting perfection, especially at peak times when the front of house is packed with wait times between 15 and 30 minutes typical at this newer location. Yes we got some food that was cold n old which we had to send back (no one wants to eat a room temperature waffle that’s been siting around). Our waitress was doing her best and I don’t really blame her because the runners bring out the food here. Once she paid closer attention to us things improved. This sort of inconsistency has played out on more then one visit here. I think they prob just cook up a lot of stuff ahead and then just dish it out as the orders come in, like a fast food place would. I usually order a Tuscan Scramble which has spinach and red peppers along with roasted potatoes. It comes with two pancakes and you can substitute any kind you want for a slight up charge. The bottomless coffee was really very good today. If you keep the expectations low, you should have a good meal here. They also keep it surprisingly clean for a place that gets so crowded on weekends.

This IHOP is pretty big but the wait time is ridiculous!
I thought that the bigger the hop the faster the move,
I was wrong.
Other then that, it’s better then any of the once in the city.
More space to sit and move around. And it’s pretty clean.
All you have to remember is try to make it as early
As you can to beat the rush hour.

Great customer service!
I always come here with one of my best friends and the waiters and waitresses are always so friendly and welcoming. (The people who seat you are very cold I would give them a 1 star.) The food is classic breakfast, so it’s hard to mess that up. The wait time is about 10 – 15 once your order, super fast. Everything is piping hot and tastes very fresh. The workers always recommend deals that help you save money and not settle for something you don’t want to eat.
The place is super clean and huge, you can come here with a group of friends or even on a cute breakfast date. In addition, it’s really bright in here.
Will come back here.

A gut bomb. But really, does anyone go to IHOP to eat salad?
I forgot the name of the platter I had, but it came with eggs, 3 strips of bacon and sausage links each, hash brown and some kind of a special French toast special that IHOP is running. I’m not a big French toast fan, but this one was really delicious and crispy (cinnamon with whipped cream).
The sausages were overly greasy, but I ate them all anyway. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and our waitress was really sweet.

I always visit on a Saturday or Sunday. Although I am not a breakfast eater, but it’s very essential to have Breakfast. Major meal of the day. So I indulge in the strawberry cheesecake pancakes with scramble eggs and cheese with Hash Brown. Their breakfast combo selection., with decaffeinated dark roasted coffee. Must say the waiter was correct. I actually enjoyed it more then expected. Honestly thought it would be entirely too sweet., but that wasn’t the case. IHOP staffing was very friendly as well as the servers. Also like the thought to make a few substitution too my take out order. Food came on a timely manner. Very satisfied with my visit.

It’s iHop — we all know what the food is about. I am giving this location 4 stars for the staff. I have visited twice and both times they were not too busy, being a new location, but the staff members bent over backward to make me happy. On one visit I had asked for every component of my filled and topped croissant-​waffle to be «on the side» and I ordered 2 sepearte ones, and they were happy to comply. I tipped very well. Food is good — it is standard iHop fare, you now what youre getting. This locations was quite noticably CLEAN, I saw ‘sweepers’ tidying up even during a busy lunch.

Food was overall just horrible, sausage was cold, bacon burnt.
Coffee tasted days old.
Service was nonexistent.
French toast was the only edible thing.
Last time I take a chance with this place.

Standard IHOP experience here — except the wait isn’t too bad on a weekend — IF you get your lazy ass up early enough to bear majority of the rush.
Convenient location with a decent amount of local residential parking is definitely a plus.
But yeah, it’s IHOP — standard ultimate breakfast plate here — eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns and pancakes always makes for the great weekend afternoon laxative.

NOT BAD on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was supposedly about 15 – 20 minutes per the hostess but it turned out to be 5 minutes only.
Spacious seating — opt for either a table or booth — good for large groups.
Great coffee — Much stronger and better than the other IHOP on Northern Blvd!
He enjoyed the well-​cooked Breakfast Sampler.
I enjoyed the fluffy Double Blueberry Pancakes!
THE FOOD — DELICIOUSNESS FOR REAL!
Friendly server overall, but he was a little slow and disorganized when it became too busy. (Therefore, minus 1 star.)
