Fat fuck server was super rude because apparently you have to be 25 to accompany a 19 year old to dinner. What the fuck?

Fun for any age between the various games and the full staffed bar(shout out to one great bartender Edie who served my friends and I delicious drinks that were not watered down and definitely worth their $$). Their point system when you swipe the cards and can put the tickets directly on the cards electronically is fun and convenient. One comment is that I wished the ventilation was slightly better in some areas of the facility especially the bathroom. Sometimes you can smell the mixture of food and sweat. Although, it isn’t enough to stay away.

Very unfortunate, I was there on Sunday Jan 31st for a birthday party of a 13 years old boy and a serious security issue took place inside the Dave & Buster’s with Police intervention. Two grown up boys or young Asian adults, came out of the bar, while my 11 year old son was playing with other 6 kids and out of no reason, out of madness, they knocked down my 11 year old son to the floor and punched his face, breaking his tooth and ripping his lips… Unacceptable, the management without calling the Police, just took the grown ups out of the place without informing anyone of what happened. I called the police to make a report, and obviously I was told that this place is KNOWN for assaults, since the place has a SPORTS’ BAR inside, selling alcohol, where all kids are playing games. UNACCEPTABLE…Will be talking to the corporate office on this issue.

Fun place to watch game with great drinks while kids play. Kids only come by when they want more funds in their cards to play. Bowling is nice and teaching kids how to play pool was quite comical. Building memories is easy with friendly photographer that walks around with MY picture!

Parking is always crazy so make sure you go at a time when it isn’t busy but other than that, it is always a fun time at Dave & Buster’s in Westbury. Great for hosting private events too! Love the Star Wars Simulator game! And of course Fruit Ninja and Angry Birds!

This place is great for arcade games and bowling; however, I would not go for the food. My boyfriend and I came here today for some arcade fun and got a beer while we were at it. The cups had crusted food and grime all over them. They also reeked of juice. After a complaint was given and our beers were replaced, my boyfriend find a live fly bug swimming in his beer. The manager claimed«well it’s not our fault that something flew in it» it’s not your fault? There was no apology and way of compensation other than the obvious factor of not paying for those disgusting beers. The attitude of the manager was awful, the cups are dirty, and I would never order anything from them again.

I occasionally go to Dave and Busters for the games. I can’t vouch much for the bar/restaurant. Saturday nights are extremely crowded. It was a bit of a bummer to have to wait for certain games. I didn’t play a lot of my regular favorites because it was just too much of a hassle. They carded me at the door, but people were bringing their children in late at night, so I’m not sure what the point of carding me was. Security was all very friendly. My cousin(who came with me), said that the D&B in Philly had more games, better prize selections, and better bathrooms. It’s true the prize selections aren’t great, but I did get cool temporary metallic flash tattoos and some candy. Rumor has it they have half priced games on Wednesday. I really can complain though, we spent about $ 25 for an hour and a half of fun, which is reasonable

I stopped in on a Wednesday to kill some time. They have happy hour on all drinks but NOT beer which sucked. And I had to wait 20 minutes to get the bartender’s attention to make me a drink and then he spills half of it because he was rushing. I gave him a wtf look and he just gave me some stupid excuse on why he spilled it. Just horrible service here.

Went after lunch time on a Wednesday. Three camps were there and it was an absolute mayhem. We did get to play an hour and a half of games, although I balked a bit at the price, even at the ½-off. It is a smaller location although they allocate more space for bowling and billards. Food is ok, but you’re not really there for the dining experience… The staff was kind– I had lost my phone previous time I visited and they located it and kept it safe for me. However, there is only so much they can do for you when the place is packed with little camp children. One of the camps there, Cacaj Day Camp from Forest Hills, was particularly nasty. Having been a counselor myself for these kinds of programs, I expected some discomfort and delays. It’s hard controlling ten little children in D&B. However, one girl, who seemed to be «in charge» of Cacaj Day Camp, acted as if their great idea to let all the kids line up for prizes right before they left, causing a massive 100+ people block in front of the Winner’s Circle, should be respected by regular patrons. She was rude, condescending, and shouting to a point where my family and I felt deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. They should really work on kicking out patrons who are so aggressive in a kid-friendly environment.

Honestly eh this place wasn’t the greatest, I would come again during the week & not a saturday night. The closest D&B by me was Farmingdale and its closed so I have to deal with this. Pros: — The games obviously! Time Crisis 5 — Best Game ever in my opinion. Dance Dance Revelation — Seriously who needs the gym when you have this? I used to play this religiously as a kid and was impressed that this location has the machine. Guitar Hero, Air Hockey & lets not forget the classic Skeeball — After a certain hour there is a bouncer at the door which is great because nobody wants to deal with a bunch of pot smoking 17 year olds who don’t know how to act. — Parking lot was very big Cons — Ignorant drunk people. Overall it was kind of ghetto and I recommend going during hours where it won’t be crowded. I would come here again though. The place is nice, the people ehh not so much.

This place is all effed up. Hate the food. Was playing pool and ordered we decided to sit & eat, the girl said she would xfer our bill to the table in the other side if we found a table there. So we did, but that other girl refused to assist us, read to clean the table, sd I can’t sit there. Manager didn’t do shit. Lot of $$ is spent here. Wazoo

I was shocked at how incompetently run this place was. First — the ID checking at the door. Saturday night, ~9:30pm. I asked my twenty year old sister and her boyfriend to meet us there for a burger and bowling and find out that’s she’s not allowed inside due to her age. MEANWHILE, the place is crawling with children! Most must be between the ages of 4 and 15. ‘But what about the bar inside?’, one may ask. They ID at the bar as well. AND — do not allow you to purchase more than one drink at a time. I went up to the bar to order drinks for my party,(five of us), and was told«One body, one drink» before the bartender walked away, never to return back to me for my order. THEN, sitting down at my table with my party(we were finally able to get drinks, after multiple trips and about 20 minutes of combined waiting at a bar that wasn’t particularly busy) we’re asked if we want food by a waitress with black shit on her teeth. We say, «Maybe in a few minutes, but not yet.» The answer? «If you don’t order something now, you’ll have to get up. Tables are only for people who order food.» I didn’t want to get up and they sent SECURITY to the table to harass us. I would love to meet the business owner, because holy hell, is his staff treating people like garbage. I mean, the place is in the shadow of Long Island’s Covanta center, so the clientele is already used to breathing in garbage… Go to this Dave and Buster’s for a complete experience. Breathe garbage outside, be treated like it inside.

I came here on a Saturday night looking to feel like a kid again, and I actually had a blast here! But I still could not give this place 5 stars and I’ll tell you why. Cons: The bathroom was disturbing, even though there were tons of stalls and no lines, there was piss and other nasty stuff id rather not go into detail about on almost every seat. Why is there no staff to maintain these bathrooms especially on a Saturday night? there were a lot of machines that were not working and needed some repairs, this is not fair we should not be paying to play on broken machines or those that have glitches [I must of lost a few rounds in several games because of these glitches] The stations to purchase credits onto the cards had a pretty big line, which to me pissed me off for those games that are in high demand like air hockey, kung fu panda, ddr, angry birds, or connect 4 or guitar hero, there was literally no more than one or two of each in this place. That is disappointing because you have to wait forever to play, and for this large amount of space and revenue that comes in, they can afford to put more of those tables and machines. To bowl or play billiards is almost impossible here since it is always crowded, try to go on a week night if you really want to play. I think it would be a nice touch if they added sanitizers near the machines since so many people are touching them, I feel like this place is just infested with germs. Now moving on to the good stuff: Pros: There is plenty of parking and this location is very convenient off the highway. The bouncer was not a jerk, it is 21 and over after a certain hour. The staff at the front desk to address any technical issues with the play card was super friendly and helpful [our card originally didn’t work after we purchased credits, and it was fixed in a second. The selection of games here is awesome! Fruit ninja, angry birds, skeeball, candy crush, DDR, guitar hero, kung fu panda, motorcycle games, car racing, shooting games like fallout, starwars/jet games, old pacman and 4 way pacman, speed of light, 4 way or two player air hockey, basketball hoops, even some soccer and football games, the list goes on and on. The place itself is huge and perfect for corporate events where you can rent our party rooms or can rent out the bowling and billiard tables for parties. The prizes here are really good in terms of variety and ages, they had electronics to huge stuffed animals so everyone can find something they like. The bar was very nice, the bartenders are friendly and they work fast. They often have happy hour specials so we got a beer and cocktail for 15 [my blue and red snowcone with awesome with pinnacle vodka, I wanted like 3 more]. I have not tried the food yet, but apparently they honor Taco Tuesdays with like 1 dollar tacos, total win and on Wednesdays they have half off games, major win! I would love to return here but only on a weeknight when I would be able to play more games with less people there.

Tiny place. Came here on a Sunday for lunch and football before some arcade fun time. The dining area felt spacious and not cramped at all. The hostess was kind enough to ask us what game we wanted to watch so she could seat us a table with a good view. We chose the jets game(DUH!), and watched the game while munching on nachos, burgers, and fries. Let me tell you this — the food surprised me. The nachos were not loaded enough to my liking, but the burgers and fries were bangin! Burger was so juicy, and fries so cripsy. seriously hella surprised with that. What did irk me was the dining area seemed filthy. The drink menus on the table clearly had dried food on them. There was also a half eaten chicken wing next to my feet on the floor. Eh. Cleanliness isn’t top of the list here. Onto the gaming area — SOSMALL. People aren’t kidding when they say this location is cramped. Very limited games, and very little wiggle room. Definitely was not able to play for a long time here like I do in Times Square. Will still come back though.

What goes better after dinner than some friendly competition with the hubby? We came in on a Saturday night to play some games. I don’t remember the last time we came here considering I was surprised to be ID’ed at the door. Being the logical thinker that I am, I thought«Oh, ok they ID’ed me, so I’m assuming there won’t be anybody underage in here…» Wrong. There were kids as young as 5 or 6 running around. Which is totally fine but caught me off guard. Correct me if I am wrong, but, I guess the three large guys at the door ID people to ensure that nobody underage is unsupervised. Either way, we purchased a card for 170 credits for $ 31 dollars. We were able to play for about 45 minutes with these credits and even walked away with a gummy bear prize, woohoo! Lol They had your typical arcade games, skeeball, racing games, the claw, dancing games, and my two favorites… air hockey and basketball. For the record I beat my husband three times in basketball and he beat me once! It was a fun time but I don’t think I’ll be running back anytime soon.

This place is really under rated if you stop and think about it. The games are fun and fairly cheap. The prizes are cool and the drinks are yummy. The food is nothing special but you can’t expect the whole package from one place. They have everything from pool to bowling to deal or no deal. My favorite game is trivia and when there are 6 players it gets really fun and competitive. Honestly I always have a good time here and I’m glad it’s open late too. I also really like that it’s over 21 and they ID because the one thing that would ruin this place is younger kids. If it’s Friday night and you and your friends have no plans I suggest coming here.

Literally haven’t been here in a while. I love what they’ve done with the place. A lot of new games and choices. No more tickets if you’re into actually having a bunch of tickets in your hand lol. The tickets now go onto your card and it keeps track of all your accumulations. Kudos to D&B for cutting down on paper – trying to save our environment! I feel like there’s so much to do here and for a broad age group. My daughter is 2 going on 3 and she had a blast. There’s food, drinks, bowling, pool & lots of games. It’s a wonderful option if you either want to go on a fun date or just simply hang out with the family. The only thing is dislike is how they price their prizes. I spent $ 40 on games and walked out with a small stuffed animal and gummy bears lol. Oh well, I still thoroughly enjoyed myself so let me not complain.

Of course, this place is fun. There are games and flashing lights EVERYWHERE! I love the games. Played all the Mario Kart i wanted. I could have played all day… but you know… adult life. We started with the calamari for apps. BF had the New York Strip and i had the Philly cheesesteak. For dessert, i had the Sundae tower. Calamari — calamari rings dusted with bread crumbs and fried crispy. Served on fried onions, with marinara sauce and chipotle sauce for dipping New York Strip — 12oz. Fire-grilled NY strip with cracked pepper. Served with loaded garlic mashed potatoes and crispy onions. The Philly Cheesesteak — slices of steak on a hoagie roll with grilled onions, mushrooms and green bell peppers. Topped with cheese. I ordered the totts instead of the fries. Their tots are ONPOINT. Brookie Sundae Tower — has a mix of 2 flavors. A chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie made with Ghirarelli chocolate, baked into one warm and gooey package. Thennnnnn its topped off with a scoop of vanilla icecream with chocolate and caramel sauces. This tasted good, but was cold and stale when I got it. A little disappointed with dessert. The eat & play combo was kinda cool. We used that to play the games. So that kinda made up for the dessert part lol.

I have always loved the idea of drinking, playing lots of arcade games, eating, watching a fight /game, bowling and billiards combined in one huge place. What I don’t like are the kids and teens running around at 10⁄11 pm and staying on each game forever. I know it was memorial day weekend and maybe they had something going on where kids can stay late or maybe they just changed their rules, but I thought this was only for adults after a certain time. By all means keep the kids there until a certain time, that’s fine, but this isn’t an outdoor carnival space. Maybe I’m just being extra picky because there were what seemed to me, way too many little ones running around. Regardless, the bathrooms were gross. The floors were sticky and had stuff all over the place. One stall was overflowing and I saw how slow they were addressing the problem; not even phased by what was going on. I didn’t order food but I did order drinks. I had a Hawaiian Mai Tai which was pretty good I think they bar tender made mine stronger(THANKYOU: D) My boyfriend ordered a peach long island iced tea which was really delicious and my sister ordered a walk the plank drink. So I have no problem with the bar area. Also the game prices are ridiculous. I had fun but not as much fun as the last time where the games were cheaper. Suggestion: Try it out. Go have a drink, eat some food. Maybe it will be different. This won’t stop me from coming back, unless of course an actual old school arcade pops up near me house.

I’ve been to this location a few times because I usually went to the Farmingdale one, but they closed. The wait staff need to learn to be more attentive and speak up. I had a burger here and it was mediocre, and when I went to claim my dessert from my ticket winnings the waitress kept ignoring us and it took 20 minutes for the desserts to come out and about the same amount of time for our waters which we asked for three times. The games are always fun, and the new e-ticketing system on the cards is super green, but they need to work on customer service and cleanliness. Everything in here is sticky. The place is so dirty. What a mess.
