Worst customer service ever, never seen a company like this. AT&T never care about their customers.

I have been to this store three times recently. Once to buy a new phone (an Android), later to exchange it for an iPhone (within the 30 allowed time period). The quality of the staff is highly inconsistent. On my first visit, two staff members were knowledgeable and friendly – even though they were very busy. The next two visits I interacted with a staff person who was very rude even though I was the only customer in the store both times (if he had been busy, I could be more empathetic). He repeatedly criticized my choice of an iPhone, insisting android phones are better, even though I politley told him I had used both and was comfortable with my choice. He then went on to talk loudly to his colleagues about why he couldn’t understand why anyone would buy an iPhone and how he wished their store didn’t sell them. He grumbled and complained through the entire exchange process. I would never go back to this store for fear of running into this rude, bullying salesperson again.
