This particular branch is full of liars who will tell you anything to get your money. My phone broke 4 days ago and they ordered one for me overnight, 2 associates saying it would arrive the following day. When I called the next day, one of the same associates said they do not do overnight shipping but it would take 2 days. When I called after 2 days, they said it would be a couple more days. I drove to a Verizon store in Grafton, where they were willing to sell me the phone since they had it in stock. However, the store in Westborough had LOCKED the phone that was shipped and they refused to unlock it so I could purchase my phone anywhere else. I am now without a phone for 4 days and no one will sell me a phone at any verizon store because Westborough locked a phone they promised me 3 days ago.
