Epicure Personal Chefs, Events and Wine Education

We were given a gift cert to epicure for a dinner party. Katrina contacted me with a custom prepared menu, stopped by to see our set up and was extremely professional with all of the arrangements. She thought of everything, even color coordinating the menu ribbon with my table décor and naming our event. She, kevin, and linda did an outstanding job preparing the cocktails, delicious meal, paring each course with wine, and helping pace our evening. The food was outstanding! Citrus tuna tartare w lemon aioli, deconstructed Caesar in an unreal presentation, butter poached lobster on top of perfectly cooked filet Mignon w grits and an English pea basil oil, and watching kevin prepare the rhubarb apple pâté w dried fruit and graham cracker crumbles was fun and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. And to have it at my own table w good friends was the highlight of our entertaining world. Can’t say enough about the professionalism, food quality, presentation and service. We look forward to working with Katrina again!
