To the Melissa that complained on 8÷5÷15 on here about the service at britays, for one their food is delicious and their service is outstanding. I happened to be there that day, me and every other customer in here walked out with satisfaction and smiles on our faces. Next time you want to complain about the service somewhere, make sure its not YOU first.

I’m giving them 3 stars because their sandwiches are great. The way they handle customers– not so much. Maybe my mistake was ordering a sandwich «off the menu». The woman who took my order was pleasant enough but seemed confused by my order. I went and paid for my small grinder. All I wanted in it was roasted red peppers, sharp provolone and a little prosciutto. Then I heard two women arguing behind the counter. A younger woman was yelling at the older woman who too my order about not being able to make that kind of sandwich because «what does she want, $ 15 worth of ham in a sandwich». If she had simply come and talked to me instead of yelling behind the counter, we could have resolved this without all the drama. Next time I’ll find a deli who can make a 3 ingredient sandwich without all the yelling.

I was hungry so I went in to the deli and they were very nice and they were very attentive to me … The field to the place is very family-​oriented and family ran dried my experience at this place and when I’m in the neighborhood I will definitely come back

This is the go to sandwich shop for me. I have only had one menu item, and will probably only order this one thing the rest of the times I go.
The Britay special
It has all the things you look for in a good sandwich.
The bread is fresh and soft. Great taste to it.
The meats are fresh and of high quality.
The provolone they use is stinky. In the good way. Very nice. The sauce is incredible as well.
Its not the cheapest but for the price you get amazing quality.
