History

Established in 2013.

Susan has been teaching young students for over a decade. Chromatic Fusion evolved from her love of music and helping young students to learn and grow. The company has been in existence since May of 2013.

Business Owner

Susan is a seasoned oboist. She graduated high school from Interlochen Arts Academy. Susan has attended college for Music Performance at the University of South Dakota and Augustana College. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota. Her performance resume includes numerous countries across Europe with the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp Symphonic Band; Dakota Wind Ensemble in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Sioux City Symphony Orchestra, Sioux City, Iowa; principal oboist of the Huron Symphony Orchestra, Huron, South Dakota and substitute principal oboist of the Minnesota Philharmonic Orchestra, Minneapolis, MN. Susan has been teaching young oboists since she was in high school. She has a great passion for music and carries that through to her students. Susan teaches oboe, English horn and reed making at Modern Day Music as well oboe and voice lessons at Forte Fine Arts Academy.
