Thomas P is right about one thing, if you value insurance and integrity, Agent Brad P is NOT where you wanna go!!! Thank goodness that agency got rid of him. Things have been going uphill since. Now the place to avoid is the place where Peterson works!
I know the staff there now, is knowledgeable and friendly and worth your business.

DO NOT GO HERE!
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with professionally. Brad Peterson is an incompetent negligent unprofessional ugly loser moron. I signed up for auto and homeowners insurance on July 1st. I repeatedly received notices saying my homeowners insurance had been cancelled. I repeatedly spoke to my agent Brad Peterson who confirmed over and over several times that everything was fine and he had faxed paperwork over to my mortgage company. Finally after receiving yet another call I had to call their corporate office only to find out that this dimwit Brad Peterson had accidentally cancelled my policy. Lied to me about it for months. And then got nasty with me when I called him out on why he was lying/​so incompetent. Their fat disgusting lard of an owner finally called me back, only because the corporate office made him. Offered to sell me a new homeowners policy and made nothing but excuses when I asked him why Brad Peterson was such a failure. Do not deal with these people under any circumstances!!!
